Now tell me, on this photo here, what kind of sandwich is that? It’s definitely not what I ordered on the receipt. 😀 I was so excited for their bacon, egg, and cheese McGriddle! I haven’t had one in a long time! But, I got the sausage and egg biscuit instead, not even cheese on it. I still ate it and it was good, but thats because I was already home when I looked in my McDonalds bag, so I had no choice. This was exactly at 10:18AM.
The order taker woman was lovely and no problem with her, loved her!
The guy who handed me my order… looked at me… kind of weird… like he knew he had messed up the order but didn’t tell me about it? I don’t know, but that was some creepy kind of look That face… :O lmfao.

Michelle was wonderful at the Staples Mill location! We received the same toy in the happy meals we ordered and we’re disappointed because we ordered them to receive the Disneyland 70th edition toys. She went to every length to help us get the toys that we had hoped to get and was so kind in doing so! Thank you again, Michelle!

I stopped coming here because it’s always dirty and the night manager was very rude and lazy, anytime you asked him something he acted like it was an issue…. I go to the one on West Broad next to West Broad Honda and it’s always clean and they’re very friendly especially the manager in the morning but I decided to stop by this location again today…after walking in and using the restroom I left because the lobby was filthy and there wasn’t even any customers so there’s no excuse
I come in here about 3-4 times a week for breakfast and it’s great, the manager David always has everything right and is a very nice guy. But anytime Ive come in the evening its terrible, tables dirty, drink bar dirty, floors covered in trash and food, ants after the food by the door, idk who the manager is but they clearly don’t care, tonight every single table was dirty, not even exaggerating, it was every table, so I sat at the least dirty one. I don’t usually complain but I feel like it should be better, considering it’s not busy at night and they make way more money than they used to… more money means more work and responsibilities

This location should be closed due to health safety reasons, food is always cold and odd tasting, last time i got food from here there was plastic in my sandwich, i will never support this place again. I wish the health department would close it down! This place is disgusting and should hire more competent people but it doesnt so i hope it gets shut down

What started out good quickly turned to a horrible experience. On the good note, I did not have to use the annoying job stealing kiosk to order my food. The counter person was courteous and had a smile behind her mask. My food came out quickly and I departed but not without dropping my full Diet Coke on the sidewalk outside. Once in a comfortable spot outside o noted the lack of fries in my large fries. Worst yet, my first bite of my Quarter Pounder revealed a long hair. I returned to store and again counter person was courteous but Maneger gave attitude from the start, I guess refunds come out of her salary?

Wanted breakfast so I got to the drive thru at 1027. There was no one ahead of me..girl told .e hold on and made me wait to 1030 before she flipped the sign and than came on the speaker and asked me what I wanted. I told her I wanted breakfast and she said they stopped serving breakfast at 1030. Don’t come here. Service is terrible

This morning I went for breakfast and only brought my cell phone with me since I linked my credit card in the app. Well… either the app didn’t work or I didn’t do it right. But nonetheless I was rescued by the divine Ms. Deirdre at the payment window who graciously paid for my breakfast out of her own pocket. I hope to go pay her back (with interest!) the next time I go, but in the meantime I hope the management sees this and gives her a well-deserved shout out.
