The atmosphere here is chill and the service is faster than I’ve expected. However the steak wasn’t rendered right, so the fat on my steak tasted raw. Don’t get me wrong the meat part was cooked beautifully, medium rare. But eating that fat made me sick. Compared to the Texas Roadhouse, that I have been to, this place is more affordable and the service faster. But, eating that raw fat killed it for me.

The Wife and I really enjoyed our meals, the food arrived timely and was cooked perfectly. The four star rating is in regards to the table being dirty, My menu being Nasty and the server forgetting a few items, “she quickly fix our issues”. That being said, I would definitely recommend Texas T Bone. The price was typical Steakhouse, if you like the biggest steak you can get. I included a pic of the final cost. We left our server a generous tip and she gave us a $15 gift certificate. I shall be back Thank You.

We had an amazing meal after being let down by another location in town this evening. Meal was absolutely perfect. We started with fried mushrooms that were large yet perfectly cooked. The kids had great mini-sirloins, I had their time, and wife had the steak tips. Steak tips are almost always over cooked but here they came out perfectly. I loved their fried green beans which went perfect with a few glasses of beers. To top it all off after a brief discussion about pets the waiter offered us more steak bones to take home to our dogs. We can’t wait to go back.

I’m giving them four stars because the service was great. However the food left something to be desired. The build your own salads was the main thing we were looking forward to. Kid got her salad and it appeared that her Mandarin oranges might have been bad. Server took care of it immediately with a smile on his face. He was great as a server. It just seemed the kitchen wasn’t on the same page. My steak was cooked medium as requested but something was just off. It seemed a little salty. Didn’t season the meat at all but it seemed salty. The mixed vegetables were okay but they just left something to be desired not enough flavor. Sweet potato fries were hot and fresh. Rolls were decent. Honey butter was part. Everyone’s Meal was ok. Loaded baked potato was my favorite part. They aren’t kidding when they say the salads are huge. had stopped at the other location but had a Groupon for this one. Maybe we’ll have a different experience other location. Our server was able to take care of our issues but this was not my favorite.

The worst restaraunt bathroom I’ve ever seen. One urinal was wrapped in a garbage bag with debris over it. Both sinks did not have their faucet knobs. Just a piece of sharp metal that was extremely difficult to move. The walls and floor looked very unclean. Makes you wonder how many workers actually clean their hands when the sinks are almost impossible to use and certainly not up to code.
There was no one greeting at the entrance. The one waitress at the front eventually greeted and seated us. Long waits for drink refills and food appeared to be happening for everyone. Poorly managed front of the house.
The salad and rolls were great. Lots of options for creating your own salad. The ribs were poorly trimmed, full of gristle, and tasted like they were boiled. The fries were worse than the cheapest bag you can find in the freezer section. The steak was cooked to the right temp but had no flavor and an odd mouth feel.
For a place that calls itself a steakhouse and charges +$20 for a steak I would expect a functioning bathroon that doesn’t resemble a truck stop and better food. I shouldn’t have ignored the negative reviews, and there are a lot. One of the worst restaraunts I’ve been to.

My apologies for posting this so late! My family and I ate here after an outing up in Colorado Springs. To be honest, I was a bit apprehensive at first. Talk about judging a book by its cover! The food and service here were phenomenal! I can’t remember our waiters name, but the service and attention we received was spectacular! The steaks were cooked to perfection, and the spicy green beans were really awesome! You also get to build your own salad from quite a large choice of items. What you get is a salad almost a meal in itself!! We got to chat with the manager as well for about 10 minutes. Both gentlemen really made us feel welcomed here. We are already planning on our next visit here! All the staff were very nice and friendly. This is definitely one of my choices for a great steak dinner in Colorado Springs!

AMAZING!! Creat-your-Own Salad with Entree and the steak was so tender uou could cut it a fork! The baked potato and steak was SOO much i literally took 1/2 of it home for a SECOND meal! Kudos to the Staff ! Evetyone made me feel Special. I WILL BE back!

Finally, a perfectly cooked medium rare steak! Our waitress was Denise… Super awesome! The manager was awesome as well. Everything was above and beyond. Impressive for a Friday night!
