Today 11/01/2025 2:25pm I order a moblie order. On the website it say pick up time was 2:25pm. I went on this location at military highway sonic at 2:30pm so i was expecting my milkshake was ready. I pull out in the stall to let them know that i will picking the milkshake. They said they ginna bring out the milkshake. I wait like 20mins. Then i went inside the store. And my milkshake was ready and nobody want to bring it in the stall. The time i had my “milkshake” is actually look and taste loke chocolate milk.. don’t go to this location.. employee was LAZY! And they don’t even busy when i atrive to this location..

After we ordered our food and paid for it, I noticed that I didn’t get any marinara sauce for my mozzarella sticks. So I asked my husband to go get some, when he got back to the car. He told me that the workers just looked at him and ignored him while he was waiting at the front. After a few minutes a worker finally asked him what he needed and got the sauce for him. When we got home and open our food. My sandwich was made with two bottom buns, missing all toppings but a droplet of sauce. My husband food had barely any lettuce on it, the few he had was expired looking. The chicken sandwich was cold as well.

The food is amazing, always hot or cold if you ordered ice cream. The staff here always have a smile on their face and the atmosphere is festive and pictures form the 50’s. Highly recommend ❤

I dont get to go to sonic often as I live 1100 miles from the one I went to. It was on military highway . I went to order on App it wasn’t working . My partner has had same issues with app not working for the same store. ANYWAYS I love twisted flamingo so I went to treatmyself and took my kiddo. Went to stall waited 10 minutes only to hear please come around drive thru. Okay cool so I pull around drive thru one car infront of me and it took another 5 minutes to get that car done. I pulled up took 3 minutes to even say welcome to sonic I put order in 1 small chocolate shake and a route 44 flamingo. Drive up pay the 10 dollars and 33 cents.(i thought pennies were retired) I get the chocolate shake is looks like thick white milk covered in chocolate syrup . Then my flamingo looked like light pink sewer water. Worker looked like she was half out of it.had an attitude and was Slow as if she didnt even want to be at work. I probably coulda had it done better. I pulled over and tasted milk shake first before my kid drank it. He only wound up drinking like 1/3 of the small before he started freaking out that it wasn’t chocolate I took another drink and it was definitely not chocolate flavored….. now as for my flamingo not only was it beyond flavorless it had minimal ice and looked just nasty. Congrats to military highway sonic . YOU RUINED somthing ive been craving for 5 months … considering it wasn’t just me who had issues with you and my partner is having issues as well plus reviews from others.. im not sure if its just that store but Nope thanks for ruining somthing great.

After a long day of traveling my family and I stopped at sonic to pick up some food on the way home. When we get up to the window we had a $50 bill and they proceeded to tell us that they had no change when the change that was due was only 3 dollars and some change but stated they had absolutely no change. We ended up paying with a debit card and sat in the drive through for over 30 minutes before we were given our food. This is the worst service I have ever received.

Was in the middle of making my order when suddenly they cut me off and then didnt take the rest of my order. Sat and waited for them to finish take my order but could hear them hollering from the drive-thru. I thought they had maybe just been preparing the food from what I said and waited for 45+ minutes before just giving up. This place shouldnt have late night shifts if their workers dont want to work.

I don’t know her name, but someone give the girl with purple hair here a raise!!! Prompt, friendly, and accurate. Always has my order correct. Always has a smile on her face. Props to her! She is always here during the weekdays when I choose to come for a quick lunch. Someone give this woman a raise!

Had to fix and repeat order 6 times. then confirm on the receipt that the order is correct. Just for 2 sides to be missing and one of the sandwiches to be wrong… go in to get it fixed and still not fixed. The guy taking our order with was 4 orders said he couldn’t really hear us but whoever prepped the food didn’t follow the order… Not great and then getting it fixed and it’s still not corrected that is another issue…

Update after two years.
Broken ordering speaker, orders were at the window. Went out of line to complete order since I had completed through the app and thought it would be faster. Put in the stall number and waited. Noted that most of the stall ordering machines were off and or broken. No one came after some time so decided to go inside. Swapped lemonade, that was out of order, for something else and had to ask for over half my order due to staff on phones ice cream float was flat soda with a lump of ice cream, mostly melted due to the wait. The limeades were very good . Stalls outside are not labeled, signed off, taped off or blocked off. No gloves or hairnets noted while in store waiting.

I have never been more insulted in all my life. I ordered food through the app because I like the deals. I pulled up the one of the stalls and put the number in the app. I waited about 20 minutes while reading and glancing up occasionally to see the updated status on the stall board. I saw that my order disappeared and I pressed the button. I’m immediately yelled at but was unable to hear due to the hwy nearby. I pressed the stall button again and tried to explain what is happening by heard from the drive thru window that the stalls are closed. I was not aware of that and nothing was posted to inform anyone. I went through the drive thru and after waiting in line I received my food 30 minutes after ordering through app. It was shoved in my face and window was closed. I checked my food and drinks and the drink was wrong, and food was cold. I asked if they could fix the drink and one of the other drive through ladies started to help me. The original lady demanded the original drink and I asked if I could keep it since it was made wrong and I had been waiting 30 minutes. They told me no and then I had three woman yelling at me. One who looked like the manager started insulting my military uniform, cursing at me and saying multiple other things. At that point I asked if they could warm up my food or remake it. Was told to get refund through the app and to avoid other things I exchanged the drinks and left shaking and humiliated. Because they are a franchise store I could not get a refund but did call the corporate number.
I’M NEVER GOING BACK TO THAT SONIC!

Well I PAID for the Double Cheeseburger on Pretzel Bun, and RECEIVED an ORDINARY bun at the Pretzel Price. This was AFTER waiting 22 mins at Bank #4. Terrible service, equally terrible execution on the Food. I will never run out of people to tell about AVOIDING THIS PLACE! Just awful all the way around. If I could give you LESS than a Star I Certainly would.
