I mean, on the menu fried wontons sound delicious, but for $18 (two orders of fried wontons each costing $9) we got a bunch of fried dough, we broke every each one of them open to see where the meat was – and we found some! In couple of them we saw one gram of meat crumble, very kind of you, imperial wok! Or do you serve what you say you do in the restaurant only? I have a video where I break them open and they’re just fried dough, no meat, only in two of them. On the photo you can see this is how much meat is included, and not even in all of them, just a couple! And we broke them all up at this point and both orders were in the trash by then. You guys are having a laugh there at imperial wok. Bamboozled! Don’t order those, guys, went down the trash, even our teenagers didn’t eat that. Well done, especially in this economy.

Food was good not great. It all came out hot. Alot of the Breaded chicken was super greasy. Used to love this place.

Wide selection of entrees and appetizers and sushi. Reasonably priced. Efficient service. My favorite Chinese restaurant.

Today we tried the Imperial Wok in Solon as they opened what they call their patio. I was happy with our food choices but the longtime server Niannyu W was very nasty and disrespectful… telling me to tell her once what we needed at the table so that she did not have to keep walking back n forth. She should have been worrying about us as her customers versus what the Mayor and the city staff were doing in the new patio room.

Nice soup, had hot & sour soup. Instead of crispy noodles, there were crispy chips. Would have preferred more portions wise but overall delicious. Still some good choices for lunch and it was pretty quick. Really enjoyed the decor and seating of dining room. Parking and getting in and out of the corner maybe a bit challenging during peak times.

Probably the best General Tsos I’ve had in 15 years. The quality of the chicken and how it was prepared was great. The sauce was perfect. My wife’s orange chicken could have used more sauce, and they can’t just bring you more, it has to be made extra, so you know it’s fresh. But I’d suggest you order more if you like it extra saucy.

This is the expensive for no reason. The food looks good but does not taste great for the price. Hot and sour soup was not hot or sour. Just salty. Crab Rangoon was fishy and was not served with sauce. Egg rolls were mid. The homemade duck sauce was good though. Pricey for no reason. And when I showed up the lady didn’t even know I ordered. Another lady came through and helped her.

The Sushi is some of the best in Cleveland (they have a new Sushi Chef). Maybe it wasn’t the best previously but as of now it’s top notch.
