I came to McDonald’s South in Somerset, ordered a large fry, asked for them well-done, and was handed a soggy, lukewarm pile that should have gone straight to the trash instead of being served. The fries were not just disappointing, they were embarrassing.
The counter service was no better. We stood there for ten minutes while employees passed by pretending not to see us. When someone finally spoke, it was done without interest, effort, or basic professionalism. It was clear nobody cared about the customers standing right in front of them.
The only reason this visit was not a complete disaster was the older woman working the lobby. She noticed the problem immediately, stepped in, and fixed it without hesitation. She carried the entire store on her back while the rest of the crew stood around like it was not their job. In that moment she showed more leadership, initiative, and pride in her work than anyone else in the building. She was the one person who actually understood what customer service means, and if this location had any sense, she would already be running the place.
The fries were dead, the counter staff was useless, and the only real leader in the building was in the lobby. Without her, this experience would have been a total failure. With her, it was at least saved by someone who still takes pride in doing things right.

Waited forever there, was one person who looked liked they were working in the back. Got my shake probably 20 minutes after ordering, then had to wait another 10 minutes for the frappe.

My visit was very pleasant. I enjoyed talking with Samantha. She and the other employees seem to have a good relationship and that was nice to witness. I only wish there was a self serve fountain drink machine.

30 minute wait on one single meal. Everyone there waiting excessive times why you hear people in the back laughing and talking. So many people waiting you can barley walk threw the store. If your on your 30 do not order from here. Your brake will be over before you even get a drink. Funny the longest item to cook dont take 5 minutes. Lazy workers

Absolutely horrific waited 45 minutes for them tk get it wrong then proceeded ti wait another 30 because they had Quote large orders come in I will be calling corporate and complaining let them look up at the cameras and watch this place fall apart. They haven’t a clue what’s going on the manager lady is very rude cannot absolutely cannot handle pressure at all. She wasn’t welcoming and if I could have figured out the one girls name I would decently put it in here she took control and tried her best to help. A simple order shouldn’t have taken so long and then when mine was messed up tell me that you have other orders come in ok your point get mine done first before other that’ came in horrible horrible experience.

Ordered a Happy Meal with extra fries instead of apples. Got the apples, and the fries I received totaled EIGHT FRIES. My drink was wrong, so I asked to switch it. I stood at the machine for about 3 minutes trying to get drinks to come out, but all of them were just carbonation. Not a drop of syrup. I am very disappointed and will NOT be back to this location.

Huge line in drive-thru. The person coming out as we walked in said she waited over 20 minutes for a kid’s meal. There was a line of people returning their food. The women’s bathroom was covered in feces. This place needs new management.

It’s busy most of the time. Do not go inside and expect it to be faster when the drive through is wrapped around the building expecting it to be faster. As with any restaurant it is first in first out. Coming in an being rude to the people who work there will not help you. If you don’t have patience eat some where else it’s pretty simple. Have respect and you’ll be treated like wise.

This place is absolutely pathetic they either need to restructure or hire new everything. They just throw your food if you get it on the counter we ordered way ahead of time and still waited 15 min after it said it was ready they decently can’t run this place. Getting a drink you ordered is impossible getting your food good luck I have had faster service at a steak house
