Classic Carls Jr. this place is your basic fast food joint. Unfortunately, the venue has nothing offer other than a drive through and a lot of open space for seating. Sad bc it is in a great location. They do keep it clean and consistent at the very least.

Ordered a Star with cheese, no onions, no pickles and paid for extra lettuce. The shake was not cold and the onion rings were like rubber. I ordered through the app and called the restaurant asking to speak to the manager. The gentleman identified himself as acting as the manager. I explained the issue to him. His solution was for me to drive to the restaurant for replacements on items ordered as a delivery. Two days in a row I asked for the manager to call me and to date the manager has not called me. I did file a complaint through the app and am waiting to see the refund.

My favorite Carl’s Jr., this was the best experience I’ve had at any other restaurant! The pictures don’t do justice!! The burger was SOOO delicious!! The service was also great!! But the fries and the meat were so good!! My mouth still waters writing this review!! I can’t wait to go back!! 10/10 great place!!

Very disappointing. Not much thought, at all, put into the salads. Very plain and what’s up with the giant peices of lettuce. Chop it up so that people can actually put it in their mouths and chew it. It looks like they just cut an iceberg lettuce into four and stuff them into this small tray. If your going to make a great salad, you might as well not sell it at all. Your better off removing from the menu and sparingly your company of a one star review.

I visited this location and informed them i was dining in. I was given a tent number to place at my table. However I had to get up from my table to go get my food where as others dining in customer’s, had their food brought to their table. I also asked to use their restroom and was provided the wrong code. I guess good customer service is based on them liking you. I also don’t believe these were coincidences. Just my opinion.

I’m sorry to say this but I wasn’t satisfied with my food. I ordered Hand Breaded Bacon Swiss Chicken. And the the flavor was so-so because it had so much mayonnaise, like for five burgers I had to scoop with my finger all the excess, and I’m a mayo lover, but this was too much. I’m never ordering this burger again. I also had a hand-crafted strawberry lemonade and it could be better cause it was bitter. If you are ordering the same as me ask for the mayo so you don’t experience what I did. Sorry for the photo it looks disgusting but that and all my hands where full of that lmao

Women’s bathroom is really messy. service was bad. took forever to take our order and then took 15 minutes to give us our food even though we were the only ones there. my milkshake was made right away but given to me when I got my food and half of it was melted. also the ranch was gross and so were the fries.
