I was at this store yesterday and one of the two women working there was coughing all over the place and she was not wearing a mask or any protecting device. Most likely that she coughed even on the food. That is terrible, she shouldn’t have been allowed to work that day until her coughing was over.

Don’t come to this store, I always used to drink juice, but the dispenser was empty, also they denied a simple cup of water for costumers. Bad service. No paper towel and napkins too.

I have been coming to this subway for over 10 years. I commend it on its cleanliness and accessibility. However, over the past 3-4 months there are some new female employees working that are extremely rude. I shrugged it off the first few times because this is my favorite subway, however it has come to a breaking point. The two women working repeatedly made mean faces at me the moment I walked-in. The young boy often does not know how to use the register or correctly ring up sandwiches. Today, I had a coupon and used my app. I also had a free cookie on my subway app. I am totally fine with the fact that I cannot use both at the same time but the woman was not clarifying that. When I told her to take the please just take the cookie off, the other woman working came over and told me “not to speak to her like that.” Which confused me because all I did was ask to take the cookie off so the coupon would work. She then tried to charge me full price for my sub and claimed “she never saw my coupon.” Although it was resolved, this is third or fourth time the two women have been rude and incorrectly rang up my bill. I am really saddened by this because I have loved this subway for years and it has always had great customer service. These women make me feel extremely uncomfortable and from this point I do not want to return to this subway. I also do not plan on recommending friends, co-workers or family to this location for the time being.

Not offering the free water cups is already annoying, but the fact that they used to do that and then stopped because “too many homeless people” were using the free cups (or even *gasp* taking soda! As though the soda syrup costs much more than the water anyway) is unethical and obnoxious.

I go to this subway frequently and what a shame that its employees are always rude, bitter, frustrated, if they are not happy with their work they should leave, today I went shopping and despite there being no one in line but me, and without them being busy, they took a long time to serve me, especially Sonia and her coworker, I couldn’t get her name, the only kind young man named Maury, The owners, who are friendly, should pay attention to this and thus avoid more customers leaving there with such a bad experience. Manager very rude and unprofessional tried to cheat on portions, old tuna full of mayonnaise , I complained about saggy tomatoes and spinach , I had to leave the store, for 12$ a sub they should do better than that , no one in the neighborhood goes there anymore.

Very rude service. Waited to start my order , while one guy was just chatting on the phone. There was only two guys working there, but the one not on the phone was inattentive and rude and kept getting the order wrong even though it was a simple order. Just put ingredients on the sandwich without asking which kinds. Stopped taking my order to take someone else’s. Would not recommend this location and I’ve never had a problem with a business
