The guava cheesecake is literally the best cheesecake I’ve ever had, and we order cheesecake from all over the world.
The service is amazing, fast and friendly!
Don’t miss this gem if you’re in the area.
I wish we lived here so we could come more often!
(Ask for Amanda, she was top notch as a server.).
I ordered the Pechuga de Pollo with Moro (rice) and Tostones, and my mom had a stuffed red pepper with Ropa Vieja, Maduros, and Moro as well. Every bite was full of flavor — my chicken was perfectly seasoned, juicy, and tender. The rice was just as flavorful, and the tostones were crisp and delicious.
Our waitress was so pleasant and kind-hearted, and the atmosphere was clean, artsy, and filled with great music. Such a nice vibe all around.
Definitely coming back again… and again… because now I want to try the whole menu! ✨
They charged us $3 for hot sauce, yes, for a little bit of hot sauce. Beware that when you ask for hot sauce to go with your Cuban sandwich, which is the only way my husband would eat, you are NOT told there is a charge. They brought a tiny less than one ounce (one tiny plastic to go condiment container) and then we asked for one more since it was so tiny and not enough for a sandwich, they happily gave us more sauce without telling us they charge $1.50 for each tiny one ounce of hot sauce until we got the bill.
Sadly, we will not be returning. We addressed with the server who offered to “pay for it” with his own money since he really can’t take it off the bill. Of course, we are not terrible people and will not expect him to pay for it. This restaurant was good until today. This is very bad business practice and certainly deceitful. They can charge whatever makes sense to them, but they must tell customers about that beforehand. I can buy an entire bottle of hot sauce for less than the $3 they charged me. I feel taken advantage of and deceived after this experience.
Annelisa was very helpful, kind and beautiful!
We tried the VERY inexpensive house cuban bread, I absolutely loved the habanero oil!
The cocktails were some of the best we’ve had in the area.
The salsa was fresh, dressing was perfectly balanced.
We all tried different entree, the pork, shrimp, muscles, and beef were all delicious! The scallops were good but a little dry.
We had to try the flan… Wow! Definitely homemade! I could eat that for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
We will definitely be back!
