My wife & I were familiar with Carrabba’s, but didn’t realize we had one here in Indy. We went last weekend & it was so good that we actually scarfed everything down without bothering to take any pictures to document our visit. All the more reason to return again! That, plus they’ve got a great special going on that we had to take advantage of.. buy an entree & you can purchase another entree (the same or lesser value) to take home for $10. The food was great, the service was top notch (ask for Tori if you can.. she took great care of us. ), & the take home special was the icing on the cake.. I’m pretty sure we’re gonna be going back SOON.. so that I can document our visit more thoroughly next time..

The service was fantastic by the young lady . It was somewhat busy but still only had a 10 minute wait . The food was great I just wish it was closer the 2 hours away so I could go more often.
A++ restaurant worth the travel no matter how far you drive .
Save room for desert because if you are a fan of chocolate even the slightest bit you must try the “chocolate dream” it is to die for but don’t order 2 , split 1 with your date it is very rich but delicious

I have been going here to eat for years. Always loved it. The last couple times we have been there we have gotten Miranda the bartender as our server. And she absolutely never disappoints. She may get busy, but the way she is attentive and sweet to her tables, she keeps us laughing everytime she stops by to check on us!! I highly recommend the chicken trio, my husband loved it. And highly recommend Miranda! We adore her!

The food is always delicious The portions are big. The service can be hit or miss depending on who’s working but they are always polite. I have only been twice but but both times we had a large group so maybe that plays apart. Bring a jacket it gets cold.

Placed online curbside pickup order. Arrived and it appeared restaurant was empty by the look of the parking lot. Order was promptly brought out. After arriving to my destination, we discovered the order was poorly prepared and not as described as online. One entree was missing mushrooms, little sauce, and included noodles that was in a block. Second entree was similar consisting of mostly noodles with little sauce and not much shrimp, with the small portion of shrimp having an old taste and smell. Bread was included which appeared as someone had cut into the loaf and gave us the remaining. Called and spoke with the manager, which the manager promised a refund that has not been issued as of yet. Order was placed 10 days ago.

***Update***
Called back and I was refunded for my purchase. After leaving a review a manager called me and asked who was it that I spoked to previously that said they were issuing the refund. I didn’t know but it sounded like the person who was on the phone. She also asked if I would give them another chance and offered gift cards for me to pick up at the restaurant. I accepted. Few weeks later I went in to give the restaurant another try. I was given gift cards as promised and my guest and I placed our order. The waitress brought out our salads and my guest noticed hair in her salad. I had begun eating mine and thought maybe I should check my salad. There was hair in mine too. We decided to leave and won’t be back. 2 of the 3 gift cards I received were expired already.

Had a bad experience here. To start the restaurant needs some updating, doesn’t feel as fancy as other Carrabba’s are. The temp needs to be adjusted cause it was freezing. I literally shivered while I ate my meal and I had my jacket on. The service was disorganized with being brought the wrong food to having multiple servers, to not given any silverware when we were told we gonna be brought some. The worst part though was the food, it was inedible. I ordered the scallop and shrimp vodka sauce pasta and I could not eat it because it was that bad. The scallops were tiny too compared to the big scallops I’ve had at the other Carrabba’s. I’ve had the same dish at other Carrabba’s and it tasted amazing, this was not made right. The creamy Parmesan dressing didn’t taste right either. Also got the grilled chicken and broccoli meal and was given the two smallest chicken breast I’ve ever seen in my life (as big around as an apple) all the while being charged at $20 something for the tinest meal. The bread was the only good part of the experience, it was delicious. I cannot recommend eating here and do not not plan on returning unless there is drastic improvement.

I took my mother there for her Birthday. The service was efficient and apathetic. I don’t think we were their preferred clientele. I had a steak and she had a seafood pasta special. For the inflated menu prices, we expected at least better than Olive Garden. But, alas, next year back to the Garden with friendlier service and similar more affordable food quality.

Ordered 1 week in advance a catering order to be delivered. Order was $400+. After delivery time passed I called and they had it set for pick up. I picked up and the pan of lasagna had NO meat. It was tomato sauce, noodles, cheese. The pasta and meatballs was so dry very difficult to eat. I really was embarrassed that everything was so bad in front of my guests. Won’t order ever again.

Our waitress Anna-marie was amazing she even sang happy birthday with our family. The front of the house manger was more than willing and ready to hop in if his staff needed a hand. JD was great it was 9 mins before closing and he didn’t hesitate to accommodate me an my family so close to closing time. Food was outstanding and staff very friendly. Will definitely be coming again very soon..
