They have a new menu! The chicken is really good but I still prefer the 2 egg breakfast (which you have to ask for as it’s not on the menu). Great service as always!

Food was solid. Service was fast. But that bathroom smell? Killed the vibe.
We pulled up to Waffle House for a classic breakfast — and food-wise, it delivered. My eggs were cooked just right, toast was warm and crisp, hashbrowns golden, and the blueberry waffle was fresh and soft. Bacon was thick and flavorful. Drinks stayed full, and the staff didn’t miss a beat.

But the moment we walked in, there was a nasty smell coming from the bathroom area. Not just a quick whiff — it lingered. It was sour and sharp, and honestly messed with the whole dining experience.

This place has all the right pieces, but that smell needs to be handled ASAP. Great food or not, nobody wants to eat with that in the air.

My husband and I had just pulled into a parking space on Sunday, January 18, 2026 between 3:37 -3:42 am and were observing the surroundings. Suddenly, a female employee enters the store, blowing some type of smoke from her mouth (cigarette smoke or something else?), goes around to the counter, removes her jacket, and immediately starts fixing a cup of coffee for a customer. She does not even stop to wash her hands after taking a smoke break?!! These practices should have been addressed during training. This is a good way to spread germs and lose customers. We didn’t waste any time by pulling off. It is likely that we will NOT be returning.

I have been a regular customer at this Waffle House location for months and have always experienced excellent service and great food. However, last night’s visit was absolutely shocking and appalling. I arrived around 10 PM and was served by Ms. Ashley, who is always cheerful, professional, and attentive. I ordered a chicken hash brown bowl with extra onions and a light waffle.

While she was serving other customers, a very tall, heavyset man approached her in an aggressive manner. Even before speaking, it was clear she felt extremely uncomfortable. When she went to the register to help him, he immediately erupted into a violent tirade. He yelled at her with a level of rage that was terrifying, called her derogatory names, slammed his hands on the counter, and threatened to physically come behind the counter. His screaming could be heard across the entire restaurant, putting everyone present on edge.

Throughout this, he repeatedly accused her of saying he don’t pay for his food , yelling accusations so aggressively that she was visibly shocked, frightened, and completely at a loss for words. This man humiliated her in front of customers while she was just trying to do her job. To make matters worse, he was accompanied by a woman who appears to be an employee at this Waffle House location. She did nothing to stop his behavior or protect her coworker, which made the situation even more appalling.

I was disgusted and horrified by this display. Ms. Ashley is an excellent server who has always provided outstanding service, and it was heartbreaking to watch her treated in such a threatening, abusive, and intimidating manner by a grown adult. This kind of behavior is entirely unacceptable and could have easily escalated to physical violence.

I strongly urge management to take immediate action regarding this incident. Ms. Ashley deserves to feel safe at her workplace, and this kind of harassment should never be allowed to happen again. Any delay in addressing this could put employees and customers at serious risk.

I’m gonna be so honest, Waffle House food is great and a classic, but due to them being short staffed I assume, the service wasn’t great. Our waiter got our drinks wrong, but before that she didn’t give us our drinks until after we got our food 30 minutes later. This made us frustrated because she literally sat down on a seat across and was on her phone as we were waiting, and we were there with no drinks, no silverware, & no food for those 30 mins+. We weren’t in a rush, so time isn’t really the issue. It’s just the fact our server sat right in front our faces and didn’t get our drinks, got the order wrong, charged us incorrectly, etc. The other servers and her were talking loudly as well and we heard them say they didn’t sweep or mop from the shift before.

So I’m a regular here and usually I have a pretty positive experience but today was a bit odd. So I come in and their is a limited menu and I’m like oh okay that’s understandable giving the weather and probably haven’t got deliveries but then I realize that I could not getting any topping for my hashbrowns. This made no sense because I even get cheese. Yet they offered a cheeseburger and everything I wanted was in a normal bowl that was on the limited menu. The only thing I can assume was this was because they wanted to force people to pay a bowl for $11.25 and not just get a hashbrown with toppings for less then half of that. If this wasn’t taken advantage of the customers then idk what is. I just that this was kinda scummy. Like the waitress even asked the other waitress and she didn’t seem to understand it either.

This morning we came into waffle house normally we sit with Dorothy she has been great in the past today not so much … The level of unprofessional was top tier today … We watch her treat another girl in there like crap the energy was off.. and mostly the things she was saying about the girl with the glasses made us very uncomfortable.. we loved coming in at this location we drive across town to come here and today made us not want to come back food was amazing like always .. but the service was way off …

The cook was nice & smiling. The waitress’s(all 3) on the other hand had attitudes, looked aggravated, rather finish talking among themselves instead of taking our order,and didn’t bother to ask did we want/need anything else, she just gave us the check and walked off.

Went to this location late on a Saturday nite. Was very understaffed, tables filled with half eaten food, trash on floor inside and out. Staff was working steadily. When food finally arrived it was fine. Management needs to get involved and predict staffing needs better.
