I ordered a jr bacon cheese burger. This is definitely chicken.
The girl was even confused about the sauces I ordered and when I tried to call about it to find a solution with them, their phone line says “the person at extension 1388 is not available” so I couldn’t even try to be kind in “well, I’m home. Maybe I’ll come back tomorrow for my actual sandwich, if that’s okay?”
I just hate making it all the way home to be inconvenienced and over charged for a sandwich that I didn’t even want..

Wendy’s out here try to charge extra for sauce on nuggets. According to them small gets one, medium gets two, and large get two. I never understood how they come up with that. Large should be 3. Thats how many I use. Well they gave me 2 and I asked for a 3rd. They want to charge 50 cents. So I said “I’m not paying extra because you dont understand s,m,l as 1,2,3.”
They refused to give me one more sauce. Well if they want to be stubborn I can too. I told them to refund my $30 orders if they are going to give me a hard time over 1 barbecue sauce. They did exactly that. Clearly these people are dumb and will be in fast food for their entire life. Because I bet the company as a whole would not want you to turn $30 out the door for .50 cents. Then I decided to hang out and watch. Sure enough they sent out the same food we had already touched to another customer. I let the customer know and they also asked for their money back. I would estimate about $50 lost because of stupidity over 50 cents. Great job Wendy’s team. STAY AWAY from this location. They dont care about service to their customers at all.

I visited the Wendy’s on Parker Road and received a very runny and completely melted item. While driving to the Springs, I mistakenly turned around, thinking I had stopped at the right location, only to realize at the drive-thru window that I was at the wrong one. I was warmly welcomed by a young man named Irvin, who was incredibly accommodating and friendly. After checking my order online, I discovered the correct location I should have gone to. I wanted to take a moment to commend Irvin for his assistance in getting me a new Snickerdoodle Frosty. Thank you!

Double check your meat before you eat.
Service was good. The person working the window was very friendly. The fries were very fresh and tasty but my burger was still raw in the middle. I only had French fries for dinner because it’s not worth driving there again. I imagine food poisoning might be an issue if they aren’t cooking the meat all of the way through.

I ordered my most recent order off of DoorDash. I understand the weather being terrible, but at this point the staff is just being lazy. My food was sloppily thrown together, the Oreo frosty I had ordered wasn’t even assembled. They didn’t do their job properly and thats awful. If you don’t want to work, quit. Its that simple. I’d be embarrassed to call this crew my employees. Bet they laugh at this too.

Quiet Sunday morning tried to order breakfast, or did the Carmel Cold foam large is $5.69. they didn’t have it so they replaced it with a $2.59 orange juice. I got my food and there was a hair in my sausage biscuit. Everything about this visit sucked

I was served a burger that had clearly been sitting out for a while. The patty was very dark and super dry. They also only put a single small piece of lettuce, a single slice of pickle, and a single ring from an onion on it. The cheese was hard too, I presume from sitting on the burger patty in a warmer for a while. Awful burger.

We went here yesterday. The Wendy’s was super new and clean thanks to the manager Reneah was super kind to us and is really good with managing the place. Naveah took our order and cooked our food she was also really kind and fast. 20/10 would eat here everyday
