This was my first visit to a Moe’s ever and my last.
Tuesday night with Tmobile free entree offer live, and this place had all of 3, yes 3 people working! 1 guy trying to keep the line in the store moving, 1 lady trying to keep online orders moving, and 1 lady trying to keep food and supplies stocked. What a hot mess!
Food- sucked, no other way to say it. I had always heard Moe’s was on par if not better than Chipotle, due to their extra selections of menu items and sauces. Well I firmly disagree. The rice was full of large pieces of cilantro, the steak was bland, the cheese was bland, the pico had way too much onion in it vs tomatoes and their salsa and sauces were not that great. As I was trying to eat my bowl, I also kept hitting very salty spots. The chips, while free(nice if good) were nothing special.
Restaurant itself was a mess, well because they just couldn’t keep up with the mess. Having never been here before I wouldn’t know if it is always like this.
Servers were trying, they just did not have enough support. We actually felt bad for them. I would have felt like quitting after all that!
Overall, I will have to say I wasn’t missing out having never been to a Moe’s before and I will not be visiting one again, even for almost free food.

This is by far the NASTIEST Moe’s location I have ever been to. Coming in to order, the line was covered in rice and dried old food scrapes. The pinto beans had seen better days. Trying to find a clean table? Impossible. I had to clean my own. The salsa bar is filthy. The floors are filthy. Whoever manages this location needs to step up and help the employees or set expectations for the restaurants atmosphere. At least the food was decent but I’m worried I’ll get sick to be frank.

The service is absolutely awful. The girl who’s working online with the blue hair has absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced completely rude and disrespectful. Seemed like she didn’t really wanna be there. I would stay far away.

I ordered their “Value” meal on the app for lunch today. The Jr. Burrito was about 1inch thick and 4.5 inches long. This would be acceptable for a $5-8 meal. This meal was $14 after all fees and taxes. I went in to discuss this and saw how dead it is in there. The pinto beans were dried up so much to the point of resembling boiled peanuts.

Placed a to go order at the restaurant. It closes at 10 pm hoping to get most of the items we enjoy. It’s a few minutes after 8 pm and there’s some items missing, hopefully it will turn out well. It did!! Mouth watering and taste buds salivating. The Homewrecker Burrito Bowl is amazing! Others in the family weren’t that lucky. Just wished that they didn’t break the items down so soon or don’t replenish them prior to 9 pm.

Restaurant was dirty. Super long wait and the food was not good and portions are small. Food is just not good at all. Chipotle blows them away. Employees were trying their best but were obviously left understaffed.

This is a pretty good restaurant. The staff was awesome and friendly. My food tasted great and it was nice and hot which it’s always nice.
They also have a salsa bar with various types of salsa and guacamole mix. So you don’t have to settle on one type of salsa or go to the counter and ask for more, Just help yourself.
Prices are pretty reasonable. They also have a couple of TVs you can watch while eating.
