Waited in line behind 6 cars for 35 minutes just to be told to pull up to the line and waited another 10, and they got the order wrong so I had to walk back in and get our missing stuff.
I could have driven to Jackson and gotten my order faster, and they wouldn’t have missed anything.
One time is understandable, but this consistently happens at this location. I try not to go here, but the few times I do this always happens. I’ve had similar complaints from family members.

Not only do they take so so long. They help others before you. Waiting 10 mins in line just for them to help someone else before me. Wild and rude tone when they finally ask for my order. Fast food is not that hard. Do better.

This Burger King is great if you want to wait in a long line just to get into the parking lot or run the gamut to turn left into the driveway.
Other than that it’s a big updated Burger King with nice people working a broken fast food system.

You no I always go in I don’t use drive through and it takes longer than other burger joints but it’s always good. On a total different level from the other burger joints like McDonald’s….they suck

Drive thru lane was backed up and not moving. Had my daughter run inside, to order. When I walked in the were 2 women and two men back behind the counter laughing and stalling. I got my food an order of jalapeño poppers which was horrible nothing inside only crust, for the money and spent I expect my order in a timely reasonable manner atleast warm. I will not return to that location. Pics of food and trash laying all on the floor behind the counter. Filthy place. When I left that drive thru line hadn’t moved at all.

Each time I have ordered food through the app and when I pick it up through drive something is missing from my order or I was given something I didn’t order. I started checking my order before leaving when I go back through drive through to make them aware of the mistake they do fix it.

I have had an excellent experience dining in on recent occasions. Staff were professional, helpful, and my order arrived quickly. The Whooper looked almost just like the menu picture, which rarely happens at food establishments. The building was up to date and clean. In my experience, this location is quicker. Thank you BK!

Tripple whopper with cheese comes standard with 3 slices, ITS SUPPOSE TO. I want tripple whopper with extra cheese to have 4 slices AND THEY NEVER DO IT. But I pay for it. This happens EVERY TIME.

This used to be one of my favorite places. Now, it is just annoyingly slow and they cannot get the orders correct. It took 20 minutes to get two cheeseburgers and a fry without a drink. I have given them multiple attempts to get it right. Finally, I am going to be honest. Last three drive thru orders were missing items. Today, I did my best to get the lady to give me the drink I paid for…she argued with me and said I didn’t order one. It says right on the receipt that I paid for a drink. Anyway, I do not recommend this restaurant anyore. I am attaching the Google timeline, so I can prove the ridiculous wait for the lady to refuse to get what I paid for. Also attached are pictures of the receipts. Management, the lady at the second window, who took my order, wouldn’t give me the dang drink even with the receipts.
