It would’ve been one star but the restaurant is nice, clean and the employee was nice but the food was terrible! The Chilli cheese fries would’ve been good but there was so much Chilli, the burgers were goobed with onions those 2 things were all you could taste.

We are so glad to know that there is a crystal in the try. Cities area, at least we know there’s one in Johnson City. Tennessee, there used to be one in Elizabeth and Tennessee. Rot, next to pals, we really enjoy crystals. They were very accommodating and the food was excellent.

If you have a hankering for something late, and I mean late at night might I suggest y’all pass this one up. If you’re young and I mean young in age not young at heart, lol, Krystal’s menu items can hit your gut pretty hard. This review is absolutely my opinion and I’m sure many folks love the food here. But if your stomach isn’t young enough to handle, go home and have a grilled cheese.

I came there today 8/29 around 3am. I asked for the number 1 with ONLY cheese because I am allergic to unions. I repeated it twice to them. The girl with the blue hair acted like she didn’t even want to be at work. Not very customer oriented. I get my food and get all the way back home and low and behold there is unions in my burgers. I called back 10 times and no one answered the phone. Worst customer service ever. Would not eat here again if it was the only place on earth.

Absolutely the worst I have ever had. Nothing fresh and all the buns were hard and fries were cold. Don’t waste your money. I literally thought they put bacon on my #1 but it was actually old onions that were burnt and cold.

Krystal is something else; this is a business that I assume is mostly surviving through nostalgia. Going to this location is akin to playing the lottery, 1) the chance that an order will be correct and prepared to a standard appears to be left to the fates, 2) the prices are so ludicrous that it feels like I’m just setting money ablaze.
They say you can pick two, between Good, Fast and Cheap. Krystal didn’t get the memo, they do have a Pick Five™ for ̶$̶5̶ $9 – which is probably their best deal.
