I always go to The McDonald’s on 20 because it’s close to my work. I was by this McDonald’s and decided to go here for convenience. Never again do I want to go to the one on 20. My fries were fresh and salted perfectly. The burgers were juicy and not all dried out. And the chicken nuggets had the perfect crunch! Great experience! The staff here does much better with the quality of food!!

I felt a bit awkward when the guy taking my order sighed as I spoke. Then, when I asked for fries, he seemed genuinely annoyed, which made the whole experience pretty uncomfortable and didn’t bring half the food.

This McDonald’s is the worst with order accuracy. I ordered food a specific way for a reason. If I ordered a plain artisan chicken sandwich I expect for that price the evidence that you put allnthe fixings on then removed them is ridiculous. It was also stupid that they didn’t furnish a register tape. Out if all the McDonald’s in the US this is by far the worst. And I can’t even get the food replaced cause they didn’t give a receipt. This is a popular stop for locals and the youth. Has 2 drive-thrus with a touch screen menu in the store. Great staff and great food. Always get the orders right and the right amount of salt on the fries. Clean inside. Lots of free parking.

Ordered a double quarter pounder meal. After receiving my drink, I was asked to pull forward and wait behind three other vehicles for my meal. When I got home and bit in to my burger I discovered it was cooked rare!!! The fries also were under cooked. I don’t know who is to blame. However, it seems to me McDonald’s has gotten very far away from their core business.
