McAlister’s is a MUST TRY! Today I snacked on their Pecanberry salad and grilled chicken club. The salad was simply amazing, and I’m not a salad gal. I washed my food down with their sweet tea. The tea was perfected as well, sweet but didn’t taste like tons of sugar.
Hospitality is great and the restaurant was clean.

Felt like a cattle chute, like im rushed through and handed a slip at the end. Not like other locations I’ve visited. This location is also extremely stingy with their toppings (see photo for “add bacon”). A table touch would have saved this experience. Poor management.

This place is great for a quick bite. Their sandwiches are delicious and I really like the sides. The service is what really set it apart from a typical fast food place. Friendly staff and meals carried out to you. I really appreciate receiving an entire order all at once no matter our group size. I hate eating when someone hasn’t received their food when it’s all placed together. Place is always clean too.

The staff are all younger and very much glued to there phones and all alternative I didn’t like the fact I didn’t see any normal people working here just kind makes me worry about the quality and cleanliness of the food and kitchen to be honest the food was tasty and good but the coffee is just over watered down and the machine needs cleaning out you can always tell from the taste !! It’s not a bad place just would be nice to see a better quality of staff working there !!

First time at McAlister’s, easy 5 stars. From the friendly, hassle free staff to the great food. I enjoyed the Jalepeno Avacado, turkey sandwich. No complaints from anyone in our party. Their lemonade is delicious! Hopefully we get an opportunity to return.

Quick service & consistent food quality. My son & I enjoyed lunch together. He had a roast beef sandwich & baked potato, which was ginormous! I had three seasonal turkey cranberry sandwich with chicken & dumplings, one of my favorite comfort foods. I also like that they carry fountain Diet Dr. Pepper. The chocolate chip cookies are also very tasty.

A few times a year we will head to McAlister’s for a lunch date which almost always includes a soup, salad, and sandwich. We got the Savannah Salad, vegetable soup, and the italian sandwich. You will not find a more fresh prepared salad with a generous amount of toppings in this city. We have never personally had poor service, however the prices are a bit too steep for the quality of food, thus the deduction of a star. We will always go back!

I go every year for my birthday. This year I notice less chips for my chicken tortilla soup, we had to ask for pickles, and no lemon for my tea like I asked for. Disappointed but probably going back next year for my birthday.
