Remarkable 5-STAR service is what you’ll get here at Ruth Chris Steak House. Our server was very welcoming and greeted us by our last name since we had made a reservation in advance. He made us feel like VIPs.
The food was very good too.
Highly recommend to try these very delicious appetizers:
Lobster Mac & Cheese!!! OMG! So cheesy and the lobster is sooo tender.
Another amazing appetizer is their SPICY SHRIMP! It’s got a great sweet and spicy taste that’s out of this world. Alternatively, the CALAMARI is very good too but the spicy shrimp is better.
Highly recommend their Celebration Surf & Turf which comes with twin lobster tails on top of a filet size of your choice (6oz, 8oz, 11oz or 16oz ribeye)
As a great alternative Surf n Turf, I also very much enjoy the petite filet & shrimp where you’ll get two very tender 4 oz medallions with six large shrimp.
When you order any meat at all, a great compliment is the CREMINI MUSHROOMS. Tastes amazing together.
If you’re not hungry for meat
Try a very filling appetizer called their
BBQ SHRIMP which is served on a bed of delicious mashed potatoes.
For dessert, we loved the CHOCOLATE SIN CAKE, a rich flourless cake with raspberry sauce. Very rich and full of flavor.

It was our first time visiting this restaurant and wanted to try it out. Our server Daniela was very accommodating and very attentive! She made sure our orders were perfectly made. Appetizer was delicious! Crunchy sweet with a hint of spice and its perfectly paired with the lemon cucumber salad. Complimentary bread was a plus too. Baked potato was a good pair for the steaks. Food, ambiance and the people were an A+! Taste and portions matches the price! :)) we also got a free chocolate ice cream.

Well, this was one of my first times in Canada, and I visited this restaurant with friends for New Years. I ordered the Lambchops, and they were exquisite. The meat is full of flavor, practically melts in your mouth. Our waiter was Mike and he did an Amazing job. What ruined our experience, was the fact that they lost my friends coat at coat check. This was frustrating since we traveled in a snow storm from The United States!!!! Hopefully next time will be more pleasant

We had dinner at Ruth’s Chris Steak House at Niagara and overall it was a great experience. The steaks were absolutely delicious and cooked perfectly. The service was good, and we really loved the atmosphere.
The only disappointing part was about the hotel discount. We were staying at The Tower Hotel, and we asked if there was a discount for hotel guests. The hostess told us they don’t work with that hotel.
However, when we returned to our hotel, we realized that we actually had a dinning credit card from the hotel for that restaurant. That was a bit frustrating, and I wish we had been guided correctly!

This location serves up amazing food, outstanding service and a great atmosphere.
It was extremely clean throughout the restaurant and washrooms were very clean.
Our steaks were definitely a highlight and the corn was delicious.
Highly recommend!

Really good food! Loved my steak. They start with complimentary pretzel bread. I recommend the goat cheese and artichoke dip, as well as the mac and cheese, for appetizers. (Steak does not come with sides — I ordered them separately.)

For $460 for 2 people, I would go elsewhere. Way over priced. My husband’s $116 steak was tough. The $22 mashed potatoes were the consistency of baby food. My Lamb Chops were good, but a bit on the fatty side. The mushrooms were good. $14 for a bottle of still water (give me a break). AGAIN – everything is way overpriced for what you get. We were there for our Anniversary, which we indicated on our reservation. Petals were sprinkled on the table and we were presented with an Anniversary dessert we didn’t order. It was a nice touch, but we were charged $2 for the cake.
The booth table we were seated at was fine, but the ile was a loud runway of people continually walking by us, we felt like we were sitting next to a concourse in a mall.
Our server (Kale?) was very nice and attentive.

1st time here in Canada and 1st time here at this restaurant. Our server Alexander is believe that was his name, he took really good care of us. He explained the menu and options on how to order. We looked at the menu and we chose the seafood options of seabass and salmon with spinach salad and sweet potato casserole..highly recommend these 2 options. Keep in mind sides are not included with the meal.. each side can run around 24 dollars US and up. Overall the food was very good except for the seabass. I would have loved a little bit more char broil on the fish . Other than that I was very satisfied . Definitely will be back later

We were a party of 4 celebrating a milestone birthday. Having no Ruth’s Chris experience, our waiter, Anthony, seamlessly walked us through everything, including all the food allergy specific selections. The food was absolutely delicious – every single dish was prepared to perfection! Anthony really added to our celebration – great personality, outstanding customer service and just a joy to interact with. All 4 of us Highly Recommend the Ruth’s Chris experience – an easy 10 out of 10! Be sure to ask for Anthony (photo attached), you won’t be disappointed!

Visited on Mother’s Day weekend, and thankfully, it wasn’t busy. Service was exceptional and atmosphere was beautiful, but the food was greatly overpriced. I ordered two kid’s meals (chicken fingers), New York Strip, Petite Filet, asparagus, Seared Ahi Tuna and creme brulee… and my bill came up to $500+. I made a mistake of not double checking my bill to see if they added the NFDF even after stating we’re locals – I had them waive the amount on my first visit years ago. I knew it was going to be expensive, but the inflated price at this region and the tourist fee is a turn-off. Bye guys.
