I love Five Guys. They always get my order right. The only time I ever received something incorrect from here is when I ordered on line and the Uber Driver mixed up the order. Walking into the facility and asking for the correct order was met with friendliness and professionalism. Everyone makes mistakes, but they made it right even when it wasn’t their fault. AND gave me a free drink and upsized my fries. Thank you for such amazing service. My burger was excellent and you made my night.

I always come to this location when I’m in the area, maybe once a month and have decent food and service. Yesterday was not the case, when the cook was making 6 or so patties one of them broke but he continued to cook the broken piece. So I figured oh one of the burgers would get a broken one but it’s still the same amount of food. Wrong. My burger was the one that got the broken piece and he didn’t even add it in. It was the smallest patty and then missing a good chunk. The bread was so hard and stale and the burger was dry on top of it. I wish it wasn’t a to go order I would have asked for a new one had I known there. So disappointing.

You would probably never say this in public, but you want 5 guys in your mouth all day long. Best burgers you can find (when you can find them). All fresh, never frozen. Just fantastic. But again, you wouldn’t say this in public. Good thing is that this is anonymous.

When ever the great Hunger lays claim to me nothing satisfies it more then a Five Guys Burger, each burger is made to Order, to be clear it’s MADE to ORDER . Feeling like challenging yourself or your friends to a food contest? Try a 5 patty burger and see who can finish that sucker. Plan to just Demolish Hunger if you have missed all meals till dinner? Each order of fries comes with lots of Extra fries on purpose!!! And nearly every flavor of soda under the sun at your finger tips it’s too easy to feed any one at 5guys!

Very clean and up to date establishment. Staff was very nice and helpful through the entire process. Got a cheeseburger with an assortment of veggies. Meat was cooked well and veggies were crisp as you would expect at a 5 star restaurant. Got a medium fry…But they gave me a large if you include the in the bag fries. Would go there again!

Food was great, place was clean, the only problem I had was with the manager. We were checking out and the cashier Karley was such a nice thorough person, after we got checked out the manager was finding her faults and not making her feel good about her job well done! She did a great job, and he didn’t say one positive word about her!
