I ordered a matcha latte, and unfortunately, it was not well blended. This is actually the second time I’ve had a disappointing experience here. I also had a simple question about something written on the cup label, but instead of answering politely, one of the staff members laughed at me, which felt very disrespectful. I think both the quality of the drinks and the customer service could be improved.

I loved this location, it was my first time there. Sandy, the employee who took my order was beyond attentive and had a great positive energy despite the line being long. She took the time with me to help me place my order! I was having an issue with my mobile order and a reward I had, and she called the manager to assist me without me even asking. Janette, the manager, was very nice as well, and was able to solve the issue quickly. My order was done accurately and fast. The atmosphere was nice, plenty of tables to sit inside and outside, and free parking. Everything was very clean and organized. Highly recommend this location, 5 stars.

It’s a Starbucks. No surprises if you’ve been to one. Staff were nice and helpful. The only thing is the parking…but that seems to be Miami. All of the spots seem to be so small!

BEST SBUX IN MIAMI!!
I gotta call a spade a spade ♠️ The girls here today were excellent… I had no idea what I wanted but the tall girl (name started with a T I think) was handing out samples and she got me try two different kinds and they tasted better than my Sbux that I usually go to. I’m so mad that I don’t live in the area. So if you need a pick me up this is the one! Great attitudes and work ethic! Whenever, I’m back I’ll be stopping by!

I am a local and I been coming to this Starbucks for years. I had one previous bad experience with some disgruntled staff BUT Janelle at this location is such a blessing that I overlook that experience. My drink has a little bit of a twist to it with instructions etc When I come for pick up and I see Janelle is behind the counter I know I am going to have a great day because my drink is EXACTLY what I want. She nails it and I can always tell when she didn’t make it lol! Thanks Janelle please don’t leave lol lol

Today this place made my day. I was feeling my worst and decided to go treat myself and not only was I comforted the ladies behind me paid for my order because I was having issues transferring some funds my phone service is tampered with. Truly grateful for the kindness shown to me today since it was very dark and it brightened my day.

This starbucks has been my GO since moving back to Miami , friendly staff , clean seating area & let’s not forget to mention they ALWAYS get my drinks right, I don’t have a single complaint about this Starbucks ! They literally go above and beyond for their customers and I always leave with a smile on my face ! I highly recommend this store and it’s the only one I go too
