I went through the drive through to get breakfast got a 2 for 6 mcmuffin deal. I came home to eat with my son and I open my sandwich my bun is moldy thankfully I turned the sandwich because had I not I could have bit right into it. I’m pregnant so that would have been pretty bad. I work in a kitchen and I don’t see how this even made it by the cook it wasn’t even busy! This is completely unacceptable and shows a lot of carelessness on the staffs end. Even worse when I tried to call and let them know about this I’m sent straight to an answering machine so what do I do now? How do I resolve this? I’d appreciate it if someone from the company could reach out to me this is a completely disgusting experience. I recommend that everyone checks their food before leaving honestly because this could get anyone food poisoning

People, do not buy at this McDonald’s.
The poor workers are under a lot of stress. Apparently, the owners do not want to hire more staff. The self-service machines don’t even provide receipts, and orders are not taken correctly—and this is not the workers’ fault.
This is the fault of the owners, who are clearly taking advantage of their employees. Please boycott this location and do not buy here. I used to come every week, but seeing the level of stress they put on their workers, the owners do not deserve even a single dollar.

Absolutely terrible service, all the team members hide in the back. There is never anybody up front in the counter, wait times are ridiculous. It’s every time. Manager comes out like the customers are the problem and she doesn’t want to be there. And orders take forever. Driving across town to another location would literally be faster than waiting for these people to prep a mcmuffin.

I was extremely disappointed with the service. First, they forgot to give me a burger, and then they didn’t give me the extra beef I requested. I don’t understand what the staff were thinking during their work hours. If they’re going to work like this, they might as well go home and lie in bed. The greatest kindness is not to cause trouble for others.

Horrible customer service. In today’s world of technology, we shouldn’t be losing the basics of customer service. I placed an order online, and my son went to pick it up. He stood at the counter for nearly 10 minutes while multiple employees were visible in the back, yet not a single one acknowledged him.
I finally walked in and had to raise my voice just to get someone’s attention. Only then did an employee come out and say, “Oh, you order from the kiosk.” I explained we ordered online — but how would they know, when not one person bothered to greet or assist my son, who had been standing there almost 10 minutes?
This is unacceptable. Technology should make service smoother, not replace the simple act of acknowledging a customer. Terrible service experience.

this is the absolute WORST mcdonalds you will ever visit or so help me, god strike lightning on me right now!! EVERY time u walk in, they are RUDE! they dont even ACKNOWLEDGE YOU!! only thing decent here is the food which isnt hard to mess up since ur just flippin patties!! $20+ an hour for a stank attitude and a RBF (if u dont know what that is, google) … im also a doordasher so it’s extremely frustrating that i HAVE to get OFF my car just for the order to NEVER be ready on time and for the employees to NEVER acknowledge not just me but anyone that might need assistance. other day there was a woman who was jumpin in her jeans cuz she had to use the toilet and it took them 10 minutes just to even realize there’s people standing RIGHT THERE!!!

Absolutely horrendous McDonald’s to experience ordering from. They have machines that you order from now so the front of the store is never monitored. Guests left waiting for 10 plus minutes to pay for food or get help with an issue. I’ve never seen such a poorly run McDonald’s in my life.

Easily the worst McD’s. Always takes forever to get the food… Nobody’s helping at the counter… They even made all the POS machines at the kiosks to not work, so you can’t use your deals at this store.

Older lady red hair yelled young associate. Made me feel uncomfortable. I feel she shouldn’t have yelled at her for no reason. Then proceeded to eat at work station. I dont think I’d come back to this McDonald’s and it feels unclean when she ate over food that the others made.
