On my road trip from Ontario to Minneapolis, Minnesota I decided to stop at Culver’s and wow, am I glad I did. The food was so good that I stopped again on my way back home… and yes, I even brought an extra burger across the border to Canada because I couldn’t get enough.
The famous butter burgers truly live up to the hype. I tried the new roasted garlic & bacon pub burger on a pretzel bun, and let me tell you, I would give a lot to have another one right now. Perfectly juicy, packed with flavor, and that pretzel bun?! Unreal. The Wisconsin cheese curds were delicious too, crispy and cheesy without being greasy.
Overall, Culver’s has officially become one of my favorite fast food spots. Honestly, calling it fast food doesn’t feel fair. They choose quality over quantity, and it shows in every bite.
If only we had Culver’s in Canada…

Sad location. Service in drive through with family had so many issues from wrong items and sad food and spent close $50. Ok, it happens. Good help is hard to find. I get it. Left feedback online…why not we had a long drive ahead, Got email from ‘manager’ asking for ‘phone number’ which I provided…and nothing. Ok, not great. Let’s see what happens when I call the number, nothing. I mean throw a guy a bone…maybe a custard comp but no. I used to think Culver’s was ‘different’ in a good way. They are just like all the rest of fast food places.

In our experience, the food is either amazing or feels like it was sitting under a heatlamp. During the summer, the wait is long for your food but the food is fresh, winter its the opposite. So if you dont mind standing in a long line and waiting for your food, Culvers a great place in the summer.

I haven’t eaten at Culver’s for years. I have to say, for a fast food burger place it ranks right at the top.

We go to Culver’s when we travel because everytime we visit the staff is friendly, the store is well stocked and good effort is put into cleaning the store. So let’s start with the good:
– the food still tasted good
– the empty tables were wiped down
– I needed to go to the counter twice to ask for things (ketchup & mayo) and the people that helped me were kind
Here is what we didn’t like:
– Pop machine was out of ice
– ketchup dispensers were also out
– sandwich arrived squished
– every single garbage was full
I usually don’t give negative reviews, but these are things that can be fixed so that it is more positive experience for other people.

When we arrived at the restaurant they were assembling order for other customers…one employee came over and greeted us then patiently waited as the 3 of us looked at the menu board and slowly chose. He was very polite. He took out order and our son treated us to lunch….within a few minutes we received our tray at our table….everything was fresh and hot..except the fountain drinks..they were cold….the restaurant was cozy and very clean…

Stopped in the drive threw on way to cabin. Friendly person took our order, but we waited 28 minutes for our food. They must be super short staffed. Had we known, would have gone next door to McDonald’s. Sooooo very slow and order wasn’t right. But we were NOT going back, might never go back in fact.

I ordered a single butter burger with the works no onion, what I got was a salty as hell cheeseburger. Ordered marinara with cheese curds but got bbq instead!!! Do better Culver’s!!!!

Food was good, but service was extremely slow. The drive through took 20 minutes to get our food. At other culvers locations, we usually only wait 5-10 minutes at max. Adding 20 minutes to our trip just to get ice cream wasn’t great.

My wife would kill me if I gave it less than 5 stars because she loves the place. We got crispy chicken sandwiches and they were really good. Service with a smile too, which is appreciated.
