Been coming here for 10 years and they were one of the best Burger King around. In the past year or so they are hit or miss. Maybe Covid or new management? The previous two times I went through the drive thru the food was cold and tasted old. See a difference face every time now. Used to be you would see the same workers. Today was a good day. Whopper was fresh and made to order. Fries were real good. No problem using a coupon. Drive thru was quick, although I did not get a receipt. Hopefully the next time I go it will be like today. More UPS workers would go if they were consistently good.

The food is ALWAYS cold or old, it doesn’t matter what time of day it is. Cheese won’t even melt on a burger. Fries always old. The cinni minis are doughy every time. Never heated up long enough.

Just don’t bother coming here, especially for breakfast. They were out of half of the breakfast items we wanted. Wanted french toast sticks and Cinnamon minis and they were out. Ordered sandwiches, iced coffee and milk. Waited for 10 minutes on the side of the building for food and drinks. Finally received the food and no drinks, only to be told they were out of the iced coffee and milk. It would have been nice to have known that at the time of ordering. We debated between here or McDonald’s and chose here only to be severely disappointed. Will not be returning any time soon.

Door is locked can’t walk in, must drive through. So I get back to car and try to buy food via drive through. I’ve been told by a lady be with me shortly , so I sit here for over 15 mins and no sound came out from that speaker, I hear people joking and laughing loudly from inside. The kitchen door is opened. So I tried to ask anyone take Order. The lady responded: “I’m not take any order on next 10-15 minutes because I’m all by myself”. This is BS. This Burger King is worst one I’ve ever experienced. They don’t care about service at all. Horrible attitude! I would give 0 stars if I can

Ordered a BBQ bacon chicken sandwich with no bbq sauce and added onions and pickles, 2 bacon cheeseburgers with no pickles and $3 double cheeseburger meal. My bbq bacon sandwich did not have the added onions and pickles I added and it didn’t have any fresh lettuce or thick bacon as depicted in the advertisement. The meal is $8 for Christ sakes and what I received was absolutely unbelievable. If this location is running out of items that should be told to the guest prior to ordering the meal and paying full price for something far less up to par than what they ordered. The sandwich was flattened, the bacon was non existent and it was a complete waste of money and time. I was so furious I lost my appetite and this isn’t my first issue with this location. My husbands bbq burgers were dry and had no mustard or ketchup on them. Just dry burger and burnt bacon and cheese. What is the point in staying open if this is the customer service they give to their customers? Called in and was told I can come back and get the burger made over, however, I don’t live that close and honestly not all excited about using my gas to drive back to fix an issue THEY caused. I have worked as a sandwich maker for a deli before and think that more pride should be put into making someone’s food. Even if it is just fast food. Steak and shake can do it so Burger King has no excuse.
