We love stopping at this Freddy’s. We like to eat inside and order from the counter. The staff is always friendly and efficient. The food is prepared quickly and well. It is always a good fast food experience. There is free off street parking at the restaurant. There is a drive through option.

The guy at the counter was really nice, but the girl handing out the orders seemed very irritated when we ask her for some spicy fry sauce. The rest of the restaurant is clean. The bathrooms are clean, but they are far from being ADA compliant. There’s a broken soap dispenser on the sink. The one they installed is 4.5 feet high. Also, the paper towel dispenser is also 4.5 feet high. Little kids and people in wheelchairs will not be able to wash their hands with soap or dry them.

Enjoyed our first trip to Freddy’s. Food was OK. Burgers are on the small side and side courses were not great. Potato tots were dry, cheese curds under cooked, and onion rings did not taste good at all. Staff was friendly and food came out from kitchen quickly. Restaurant was clean and inviting. One strange thing was restrooms are locked and require a number code to unlock. This caused quite a line up just to use the restroom. Mgmt. needs to re-evaluate that policy.

Please hire someone who cares about customer service. This location is going down hill fast. Trip 1 – I waited 30 minutes for 1 chicken sandwich meal. Paid cash. Had to ask for my receipt multiple times so I could see the time my order was placed and didn’t get it until after my food came out and she reprinted it with the current time so I couldn’t see how long I actually waited.
Trip 2 – Handed me cold fries and when I asked her if she could make them fresh ( in a very friendly, kind manner) she got a terrible attitude and tried to argue.

So they were open this past 4th of July. “Great!” I thought. When I pulled into the drive-through, there were NO cars in the lot, NO cars in the drive-through, and NO cars behind me. “Even better!” I thought. To boot, it was around 7, so there was no way I was going to get the 30-min-to-close/ last drop of the night fries that are rock solid 5 minutes after you drive away! All things pointed in my favor, and then i got my order… There were at least 2 people inside, possibly a third, and NO OTHER CUSTOMERS, yet SOMEHOW these people managed to serve me something that looked like the box literally came out of a washing machine. I clearly interrupted their social time with my silly customer business. How utterly careless and LAZY do you have to be to serve up an embarrassment such as this??? The two halves were fused together by the cheese because the top of one half (on the bottom) was just folded up and crammed in one corner of the box and the second half of the sandwichwas tossed on top of that. When I tried to separate the slop and reassemble it, the bottom of one half (on top) tore, leaving a half covered grilled cheese burger. It’s really not that hard, people. When you put two cut halves of a sandwich in a box, especially one with sticky contents, you SEPERATE them with the wax paper you use in the fry baskets! It’s called a “TO-GO order” get it??? That implies MOVEMENT. And being that I was literally the only customer, you’ll can’t possibly explain this poor quality with staffing issues or time crunch or even rushed orders.. it’s crap for customer service, period. Done with this place. Refuse to award franchise owners who employ such substandard workers.

This place is exceptionally dirty and not well kept. Tables are sticky and crumbs everywhere, do they ever clean surfaces? All the trash cans were full to the top also and it was only 3pm. Bathroom was not well kept either. I would go somewhere else if i were you, i wont be going back.

First time, wonderful employee attitudes. Felt like I was a regular. Employees took their time with me, I couldn’t make up my mind,lol. When I got home from their drive thru @ 10:05pm, they close at 11pm, I found everything I ordered plus extra sauces, plentiful amount of fries, (delicious!!), also napkins and a straw for my drink. The food was unexpectedly generous in every aspect,ie: onions, meat, and cooked to perfection. I will definitely go again.
