So never try to order sugar free drinks from this Popeyes. The online app pretends like they have Unsweetened Tea when they 100 percent do not serve it and their Diet Coke machine is habitually broken. Reason I decided to rip them here is because the only substitution their manager could offer was a sugar soda or a water and when I demanded a partial refund the manager refused to provide it to me and almost didn’t give my food when I told her I would ask for the refund online. I will go all the way to the Ogdan location until this franchise isn’t run by jokers.

I went on 11/9/2025 at about 430. I usually don’t go to this location but we were in the area and I was craving popeyes chicken. I used a coupon for ten piece meal that comes with 2 sides and a biscuits for 25.99. In addition I ordered 2 big box meals of tenders that were 6 dollars each on special. I was charged 42 and some change which was about right for what I ordered but was given no receipt. After about ten minutes I was given my order. Service was courteous , no complaints there. However when I got home and unpacked the order for my family to eat, to my surprise the bigger chicken box had 8 tenders and not the 10 pieces,I had ordered. I really wanted the regular chicken and was dissapointed. My husband had left to work and I didn’t have a car to go back to this location. I tried calling to let them know and no answer. I have no idea why my order was mest up and I was given tenders instead of regular chicken when the coupon was for a 10 piece regular chicken order. I was dissapointed with my dinner as I did not get what I wanted and ordered. Staff next time please pay more attention when preparing the orders.

Honestly I give so much credit to the staff because the customers they deal with is crazy. People need to be more respectful because if it was me I would’ve walked out on how customers speak to the Hispanic employees. I was in there today and a women was basically yelling at a worker because he didn’t realize she was speaking to him (he’s a Spanish speaker) it takes nothing to be kind to the people handling your food

This felt unreasonable, especially when most fast-food restaurants (including McDonald’s) provide basic sauces with meal orders at no additional cost. Charging extra for something as standard as ranch—after ordering full meals—comes across as petty and unfriendly to customers.
It’s not about the dollar, it’s about customer service and consistency. This experience left a bad impression, and I hope management reviews this policy and trains staff to handle such situations better.

Horrible food! I go to fast food chains for some consistency at least you know you are buying crapy food but this place I would avoid like the plague. Their main product (chicken) tasted like fish, the sides are smaller.

ASK TO SPEAK TO MANAGER ( SAME PERSON WHO GAVE ME MY ORDER. TOLD HIM WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS. HE SAID SOMETHING TO A CO WORKER. STARED AT MY RECEIPT AND NEVER SAID A WORD TO ME. (RUDE RUDE)

Every time I come to this Popeyes, the same staff is rude and unprofessional. I usually stop by around 12pm or between 3:30–4pm, and it’s always the same group of guys with a lady manager. The food itself is hot and fresh, but the service is terrible. Today I asked an employee (who was clearly on the clock and working) if he could open the bathroom for my son after I bought food, and he told me to “go ask the front.” That’s just lazy and disrespectful. When I order, they rush me, act like I’m bothering them, and half the time they “don’t have” what I want — even though other Popeyes always do. Same story every visit: rude staff, rude manager, no customer service.
