Lots of mixed reviews here, personally had a average experience. The lady who took our order was also taking the next order so it was pretty confusing. The food wasnt terrible for burger King and the building itself was pretty cool.

I decided to come to BK on Victory Dr for dinner tonight, and it was the best experience I can remember having at this location. Everything was clean, decorated for the holidays, music playing but not too loud. What really blew my mind….every single employee was in good spirits, working together, polite and attentive. One lady even went table to table asking if everything was OK, and offered to take my tray when she noticed I was done. I dont know what or who made such a profound change in this location, but I sincerely take my hat off and salute everyone responsible. Much respect.

I went up there today and there was a woman who was VERY rude she cut me off before i could even ask her did they add extra onions and tomatoes on my sandwich when she gave me my food then tried to tell me i didn’t tell her that when i ordered it when i had a text message in my phone reading it word from word specifically stating EXTRA onions and tomatoes. And the lady did not use gloves when handling my fries. Won’t be back. very disgusting.!

Walked in at 12:45 pm for whopper Wednesday with 2 of my golf buddies. The lady manager told us “not this Wednesday” when we asked why, she turned and ignored us. Apparently not the first rude experience at this location.

Today was my last day going to this location! Food is always nasty and cold. They always get my order wrong and I have to take it back. This morning my breakfast was so nasty if I didn’t have to clock in for work I would go get my refund. $15 worth of cold bs

This location has made a change and its definitely due to the manager. I didn’t catch her name but we were there 8/22 @ 6pm. She was so pleasant and helpful. The food was the freshest I have had in year. Credit is due where credit is due.

This is the worst burger king in columbus ga everytime I go in the inside to order it takes them 20 minutes to fix my order. The manager there is nasty i always order the whopper Jr meal with cheese and bacon with no tomatoes. They literally just threw my burger together charged me for bacon but didn’t put any on my burger I will never go back to this location again I jus moved to this sound of town and that bk is more convenient.. but for now on I will drive all the way to the one downtown of Columbus..

This has to be the nastiest Burger King I’ve been to in my entire life. The manager always has a messed up attitude, and their food is a mess. (And whatever happened to hair nets). Well, they lost one. Maybe if I see that management has changed, I won’t turn around at the door. Until then, I’ll spend my nickels somewhere else. ✌

It’s a normal Burger King the service is good I can’t complain but the best is the playground is inside perfect for hot days and pretty big
