I don’t know what to think. I ordered a burger and fries for delivery and when I got my food it wasn’t very secured. It only came in a food container that looked was a little opened and a plastic bag. My fries were ice cold and I almost didn’t want to eat my food due to the fact that it wasn’t wrapped securely. If it were not for the fact that it was lunchtime and I was starving I wouldn’t had eaten my burger (threw away the fries), so I just threw caution to the wind and ate it. The burger was delicious by the way but my concern is that my food should’ve been wrapped more securely

Just got a door dash from here. Canceled my pass, i am so angry. They didnt inculde the $5 drink i ordered. They didnt inculde half of the $8 dessert i ordered. They didnt include the wedges i order for an additional up charge, but dont fret, they still charged me. They sent three things in a bag when i ordered 6. Burnt burger, cold didnt-even-order-this fries. Do NOT waste your time here. They clearly dont care about anything but ripping you off.

Jenna did an absolutely amazing job tonight for how packed it was. Extremely attentive, running around touching every table every couple minutes apologizing for waits and whatnot ensuring everyone has what they need. Definitely ask for her when you come to this location.

Wouldn’t know what to rate it because the to-go containers aren’t food safe. At least the food was hot when it was put in the container, but it’s a shame I can’t eat it now because BWW is too cheap to pay for food-safe to-go containers.

Great consistent menu and later hours make BWW a good choice when i want bar food and sports, especially later in the evening.
Food is good and consistent. I do enjoy their onion rings as they are battered versus a crumble coating.
Great selection of beers and full bar.
The service was excellent as I sat at a bar top to watch baseball.
Some of the TVs were dated to a point that the color is off. The game i was watching the brown infield looked green and grayish.
I like B Dubs rewards plan and know what to expect when visiting.

The wings were tiny and overcooked. The BWW I know serves decent size wings and not like what we ordered. This is 2 times in a row this happened, and I really don’t blame the store. We threw that junk away and got a lot better at a local wing store. Shame on yall man

This is the 1st bad review I have ever written. I have never actually left a review at a restaurant. I love going to bdubs but unfortunately I had a terrible experience. Food came out, no silverware, no napkins, drinks were empty. Ordered celery and carrots, those did not come out either. Not a big deal. Waited 15 minutes and started to get a little irritated. We eventually got everything so it was fine. We were all done with our meal and waited another 20 minutes while our waitress talked to the table behind us before we got our check. Our check was incorrect ( I typed in the order to check amount online once I left). I paid the check in cash and never got my change or a receipt. I always over tip but due to the circumstances I was only going to tip 20% which is generous for the service provided. After waiting for 10 minutes I got up and left. I will never go back. We were 1 of 2 of the waitress’s tables.

I went and got my order, got home started eating it and it was like eating g beef jerky!!! The wings were so dry and hard!!! I COULD NOT eat them!!! The onion rings were cold!!! Unbelievable!! I go there ALL THE TIME, first time the food was inedible!!!

I love Buffalo Wild Wings. But mannn this bartender just made me upset. She made a mistake and instead of apologizing and owning up to it, she said she will have the kitchen make fresh traditional wings. And gave extra onion rings. We can for wings . Apologize and take accountability please. And when she brought out our second order of onion rings she provided no sauce. So I had to wait for her to be unbusy and ask for some ♀️. Please do better. And still waiting on wings… 25 mins later… wings and no plates… nonetheless the honey garlic and Asian zing are so good!

Put in mobile order, was missing 2 sauces and tasted like it had been in a fridge it was so cold, we called to let them know and the girl on the phone just said “sorry,” no offer to remake it or anything, point of getting takeout was that I didn’t have to heat it up myself but here I am standing by the airfryer. This is the second time this has happened, will not be going back to this location
