Not happy with any of it. Got ckicken platter for breakfast and they gave me burnt biscuit and burnt chicken and I asked for the eggs to be substituted for extra hash rounds got all the way home and saw this wasn’t happy at all no hash rounds two eggs the eggs look disgusting and fake and the gravy wasn’t hot none of the food was then they said take it back my husband had to work so I can’t take it back mind you we order from here a bit and every time it’s always something went through drive thru

Lobby is supposed to be open until 9:00 pm and doors are locked at 8:30. Can’t hear the drive through box and overall crappy service. Would not recommend.

Stopped this morning before work for breakfast. Got the bacon egg and cheese biscuit doubled. Paid for extra meat, cheese and egg and got scraps! How disappointing! Ya won’t be stopping there again. If this is the bigger deal then I’d hate to see what a regular biscuit sandwich looks like!

This place just needs to be shut down. The employees are incompetent. They get orders wrong and leave food out of the bag. This has happened the past two times I’ve went. I guess they borrow employees from the McDonald’s around the corner that work the lunch shift to work their morning shift.

I placed my order on the mobile app and when I picked it up, the “nashville hot chicken tenders were plain not hot, the toast was barely toasted, and I didn’t get the coleslaw that was suppose to come with it. I am very disappointed with the order.

My 82 year old father visited this Hardees on the morning of July 27, 2025. He ordered a simple breakfast item… a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit.
When he received the biscuit the bacon was just barely warm. In other words it was RAW!! He took it back inside and asked that it be corrected.
The manager told him, “ We don’t have any more bacon.”
WHAT??????
He didn’t offer him a refund, a replacement or even an apology!
THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.
Where is the customer service, the concern or even the compassion?
This store needs to either rise to the level of a decent restaurant, retrain or replace the staff!
My father deserves better!!
If I could give them a negative1, I would!!

Papa’s little Angel
There is nobody inside but yet the employees think it is ok to scream and yell at each other and talk bad about other employees that are not even in the building. Not all the items on the menu are available and there is absolutely nothing to drink. All the soda tase bad and there no tea in the tea jugs. Ordered the simple things on the menu this time so happy it was not messy this time.
