This is absolutely the worst wendys I have ever been too, I have never had hot or even warm food here these fries have been sitting all day they are hard not crispy. My boyfriend and I had cold burgers, the food is just disgusting here definitely won’t return its just sad cause its the wendys closet to where I live but come on now! Doesn’t matter of they are busy or not the food is never fresh or hot

Okay so I come here semi often, sometimes they get the order right. Sometimes they don’t, right as in, the right modifications like wanting light ketchup or not wanting mayo and they putting mayo, small stuff like that, when it is right the quality is good, no complaints, it was always iffy here like never liked it never hated it.. until today, and employee was outside, one hand in his pants one hand smokin’ a cigarette.. I walked in past him, while I was ordering i observed him come in, clock in on the POS system to the left of the last taking my order, he then went to the back and stated jumping in… never washed his hands.. I guess that aligns with the establishment which isn’t so clean.. its ok here but just know it’s not the cleanest restaurant

Stopped by here on a road trip to get some coffee. Staff was super nice and convinced me to also get the Cinnubun dessert things.
They were okay at first and rock hard within another couple hours of driving – inedible.

We did eventually get most of our food, and it was warm, but we were missing a order of potato wedges and our drinks were wrong.
Our sausage breakfast burritos were split open, but at least the sausage we waited 15 minutes for was hot.
We were also the only ones in there, the air conditioner was on when it was like 45 f outside, it took them two minutes to actually acknowledge we were there, and they took our order not with the obvious cash registers up front but with the drive through register off to the side. So we had to raise our voice to tell them our order and hand our phones to employees to get them to scan coupons. (Of which, we didn’t get the coupon food.)
We were going to sit down and eat in there but it was too cold.

I absolutely love the Dave’s Double Meal. It has plenty of meat and french fries. They have the best ice cream in the form of a Frosty. The chili isn’t bad either. If you’re getting off work late and feeling kind of tired, you can grab something for the whole family, here.

Cheeseburgers tasted old. The burger patties were not even warm much less fresh and hot. Fries and nuggets were cold. The drink machine door was open but not working, they had to refill the drink things.
The floor was so greasy we were legitimately sliding around. Bathrooms nasty and had no paper towels to be able to dry our hands.
Took forever to get our food and then we were sorely disappointed to not even get hot food after waiting so long!
No doubt we WILL NOT BE BACK!!!! Do not waste your time or $ to come eat here!!

Went in there just a little bit ago the girl who took my ordered was ridiculously slow and I order a bacon nator with only ketchup large fry and large drink and some bacon nator fries the bacon nator only had top bun bottom bun 2 patties and ketchup no bacon. If I new I had to be literal with what I want and explain it to the lady what to and not to put on my burger I would’ve went somewhere else and the bacon nator fries actual had bacon on it and chese but only at a tiny spot in the middle.

Absolutely wild about the brownie batter swirl frosties.
Unfortunately the staff repeatedly give me the oreo fusion frosty instead, which sucks cus tonight I app ordered and got extra sauce. Good food though.

Ordered the sour cream & chive baked potato. As if the miniscule size wasn’t bad enough, this thing couldn’t have been baked today. My suggestion would be to stop serving yesterday’s left overs and increase the price enough to buy potatoes big enough to eat! We don’t mind paying a little more as long as we feel like we are getting what we pay for.

My foods was cold..fries and the cheese wasn’t melted on my way to Rocky mount nc I took the entire bag to Wendy’s and the manager said that it wasn’t anything they could do because it was a franchise which is different from the one in Roanoke Rapids NC. All I asked was just for them to cook my order over but the manager said, it’s nothing that he could do..because they are a different franchise. Mad customer..so I went to Golden Corral to eat.
