I have never drank garbage juice out of a dumpster, but I’m pretty sure it would taste pretty similar to the sweet tea I just got from this place. Straight garbage, sweet tea. I was thinking sonic is everywhere so surely their food will taste the same no matter which one you go to, but evidently not this one.

While traveling we stopped for burgers. We got in the drive thru without a single car in the line in front of us. There were 4 or 5 cars pulled in at the individual spots. We sat for 10 mins without even an acknowledgement were there! Extremely unprofessional and unacceptable service! A simple we’ll be with you in a few mins would make a huge difference. Everyone who works should be fired and start over with people who at a minimum have respect for their customers!

Pushed the button to order, the lady said she’ll be with us in a minute, after around 7 or 8 we pushed it again and she was ready for us which makes me think she forgot. I was charged for a Medium cheddar poppers which is 6 but was only given 4 in the bag which is a small. I was given chicken bites instead of fries with my sandwich. When the server came out to bring us our food, my husband asked him how he was doing, the server responded by asking us if we needed any extra sauce. Wasn’t a great experience.

I simply ordered totts and had a man bring it out and say ask where his tip is. I said I’m not leaving one and he said everyone needs to leave a tip. I gave him a dollar to get him out of my window. I immediately pulled off as i was not gonna stick around after this man put himself in my window asking for a dollar. As i was pulling off he chased me out of the parking lot after he had just cased my car. I think the only reason he didn’t put himself further into my truck window was because my dog was in the back seat growling at him. This place should be shut down.

The food is always burnt or the order is wrong. You have to call customer service. Get a refund, cuz half the time. There is not showing on their end. And you have to show proof when you place the mobile order. And they’re still at, they did not get the order. And they will still give you the wrong order. Whatever you had placed in your mobile order

Quite possibly the worst fast food experience of my life. My husband and my two kids ordered at 2:20. Two drinks, a hamburger (not a meal), a plain hot dog (again, not a meal) , a chicken wrap (again not an meal) and a kids meal. We received our food at 3:08 and it was wrong. I did not receive the right drink which I could have honestly had while we were waiting on our food but whatever. And the chicken wrap was not existent, instead I got what looked to be like chili cheese in a wrap that I am 99 % certain was the same food the family in front of us received and returned. I was eavesdropping while waiting. Mobile orders were waiting on burgers, drive thru was waiting on who knows, everyone was waiting. If this fast food is truly this hard to do, then it shouldn’t be considered fast food. Period.

Terrible food, and even worse service!! We waited a hour because they couldn’t get our order right. When they finally brought out the tender meal, our cinnasnacks wasn’t fully cooked. After spending $50 you’d think our order would’ve been correct and our food fully cooked!! I guess the workers were too busy talking to friends instead of paying attention to what the customers were ordering!!
