Didnt even get a chance to order. RUDE. There over 5 minutes. Not a single employee acknowledged us. A lady waiting outside in her car came in because they were taking so long. They ignored her too. Finally gave her her stuff and STILL didn’t even acknowledge us standing there. Not a hello, not a we’ll be right with you. NOTHING. RUDE RUDE RUUUUUDE. they weren’t even that busy.

Got 2 munchi meals, 2 spicy chicken strips combos and homestyle ranch chicken club sandwich combo plus ordered 2 orders of tacos. All the fries were cold. Strips were a bit overcooked and the tacos weren’t given to us. There was a long line in drive-thru to go back so I called 3 times, no answer. I knocked many times at door-no one even peeked. Honked a few long times and nothing. I was assured nothing was missing when the lady at the window gave me the bags. Not wanting to keep people behind me waiting longer, I just parked in parking lot to check if anything was missing but I feel I shouldn’t have had to go through the long line to let them know I had items missing that I paid for.

the prices have gotten so much higher than the last time i came. i just went to jack at 12:00 am on 12/9/25 it’s always have been the worse experience i don’t like the way they make such small portions for the teriyaki bowl and barley out any chicken, the cashier had such a bad attitude. if anyone ever wants to go to jack in the box don’t come here i would declare this as the worst in stockton

Ordered here on 9/8/2025, got food poisoning here from a burger which I believe may have been undercooked. It gave me really bad stomach cramps, a headache and bathroom issues. Felt really sick but 2 days later I feel better still with stomach issues but I hope this is taken into account

Place needs to have the bumbs kick out on the back side . Went through drive trou as i did not want to stop also signs are all wrong on promotions says one price and tell you a different amount . Combo show 3.29 but when they rang it up a came to over $12.
