If I could give them 0 stars I would. I thought the manager was a man. First off the steak that I ordered was undercooked and it made me sick the night after I ate some of it! I literally kept the sandwich and brought it back and asked for the manager who just looked like a car hopper. She came and said “if I didn’t have the receipt she couldn’t prove that it was from this store. ” I’m wondering why would a person go through the trouble of taking pictures, bringing the original sandwich back to be lying about food that’s undercooked? It wasn’t my fault, so the lackof customer service and understanding was lacking every degree of professionalism AND the girl said “uh yea I wouldn’t mind replacing it as long as u find the receipt because that is raw! ” There was also a piece of hair in it as well…. After she looked at the picture SMH….. Ridiculous. No one has time to bring back food to be lying…. I’m disappointed in the Sonic restaurant in Columbus, MS on hwy 45 N.

My husband never eats fast food but since the ads are popping up about this dill pickle combo deal he has been so excited to try it. First of all, the combo cost was $16.45, which is insane. Second, there were NO pickles on the burger, the slush was not as advertised either. The waitress was so sweet and helpful but the food gets a thumbs down this time.

The Sonic in Vernon Alabama, this time was the worst meal I have ever had here at this location. The tots were either stale or the fryer oil was unchanged. The hamburger was cold when i got it home the trip home was about ten minutes . The best part of the meal was the drink. I was there at 320pm, the burger even after being warmed up was terrible. It must have been there in the store for hours.

Nicest Sonics I’ve been to. Never seen a location with a drive through window and this location had one (sweet). The drive thru attendant was very friendly and knowledgeable on menu. She made an excellent strawberry milkshake. Food was hot and fresh and the drink was strong and refreshing

Once again, I use the app to order. Always half priced drinks and such great deals! Love the convenience and I have never had a problem with them. Sonic is the bomb diggity!! On highway 45 that is!

5:15 p.m. Ordered a Junior burger , the new fries, and a raspberry-cherry water. Burger was GRAY! Fries were all clumped together (couldn’t be separated) in a greasy mass, the lid was not on the drink. Food was luke warm. Threw all of it out. I was afraid to continue eating it after the first bites. Busy? I was one of four cars. Person taking order was very abrupt. Not going back. Too many other choices.

Good quality food, fairly quick service. Sonic has a pretty good menu selection with decent variety. The ice cream is always good too!
I hope Sonic will keep the chicken wraps on the menu rather than discontinuing them like a promotional/seasonal offering. They are an excellent snack (as 1) or meal (2 or more), and McDonalds lost a lot of business when they were cut from their menu. Capitalize on the opportunity.
