Both employees I interacted with were very polite. They had me pull up to wait for fresh fries. They screwed up my order and I’ve never been happier about it. Instead of my cheeseburger and large fry, I eventually realized that I had been given a large fry and a basket of fries- they were THE McDonald’s fries- the treason you go there…what you hope for…crispy, delicious, well-cooked and salted. I’m sorry for whoever got my order but I’m thrilled! I have a cold and wasn’t feeling well and this was a win today!

Please never go to the drive thru at this McDonald’s. I have stopped there twice, both times we have left with the wrong order and not caught it in time to go back. I called the customer service line and there is no direct line to the store. If you want a refund you have to go to the store within 48 hours of the order. Since I don’t go that direction offer I have to eat the cost because there were zero of our order correct. I am sure the person who got our order was pretty disappointed too based on what they ordered.

One of the best McDonald’s experiences I’ve had in a long time. They had a counterperson to help with orders and she was friendly, professional and courteous. She checked back later to make sure everything was okay. The restaurant was clean, quiet and comfortable.

Went through the drive thru to get some breakfast after working all night. Got the food home, and we only received half of our food so I had to drive all the way back there to get the rest. Tried to call but they wouldn’t answer. They were nice about it but they could have gave coupon for free sandwich or something.

I just left this location and went to a competitor. The kiosk was not taking credit cards. I went to the counter tonl pay. Two customers were waiting on one person’s order. I loudly said, “We need help up here.” I had to say this a second time before anyone came to help the other customer. I think it is poor planning not to have someone check the front counter knowing customers will need to pay at the counter with credit cards. It was not evident to me if a manager was on site.

There was actually a person at the register. She was very nice and helpful.
The food was fresh.
All the available tables were dirty. No one cleaned them the entire time we were there. The trash bin was overflowing.
We had to ask for ketchup. None was available by the drink fountains nor at the counter.
I’m glad we stopped by. A much needed repast!
