Well, first off I’ve enjoyed coming here for years. But our recent visit pretty much made me never want to return back. From terrible service to our food being so over cooked it was literally rock solid.
I ordered chicken strips and tater tots… tater tots were great, but my chicken on the other hand was so over cooked the outside was very obviously burnt and the chicken strip was hollow…
Our service was far from what we usually receive. We get there and we order drinks. I ordered a coke and my boyfriend ordered an alcoholic beverage and a water. We received our drinks except for the water and continued waiting for about another 20 mins for our food. Not once did our server walk by or was even in sight. My drink was gone, and my boyfriend’s drink was probably 90% alcohol so he ended up not drinking it until she came back with our food. We then asked for the water we had previously requested, a refill, and a glass of orange juice to add to the alcoholic beverage to see if it would maybe make it a little more drinkable. The orange juice was warm and pretty much tasted like water, And she forgot my refill. I requested a refill again, didn’t receive it until I had to remind her again when she brought us our check…
Mind you, we were there for a little over an hour snd a half and we seen her maybe 4-5 times other than that she completely neglected the fact we were there, as well as the ONE other table she had.

Overpriced low quality slop. Ordered a smash burger, was NOT a smash burger. No crisp edges, patties were too thick. Ordered extra mushrooms and there was probably about 7 little pieces total. Onions were skimped on as well, and honestly it just wasnt even very flavorful. Just bland, grisly low quality mediocre slop. How hard is it to make a tasty burger?
Bruchi’s has a better burger. Applebee’s has a better burger. Your local hole in the wall teriyaki joint probably has a better burger.
The worst part is the fries aren’t even good! Couldn’t even fill up on fries because they were bland, too! Can’t believe I paid nearly $30 for one of the most disappointing burgers I’ve ever had. I would literally rather have McDonald’s. Dairy Queen. Red Robin. ANYBODY else would be better.
The audacity to call yourself a burger place when this is what you serve? Good luck, Bob’s. I won’t be coming back.

When I first got there, there was nobody at the desk.And I waited for about fifteen minutes before, I had to go back to the bar and find somebody to seat me. I asked if I could seat myself and they were rude about it.And said, no, you can’t seat yourself. I ordered fried chicken in specifically asked for no ranch. I asked for my fries to be fresh and hot. I waited a while for the Chicken Sandwich. And when I got it, it was a grilled chicken with ranch on it. Like, I specifically, ask not to put on there. And the grilled chicken looked pretty dry and small. So she took the whole thing and tried to remake it. She brought back the fries first, and they were cold. And hard and not fresh. When she brought the sandwich, the bun was cold. Not grilled and warm. She didn’t have the sauce on there like she said she would put on a different sauce, not the ranch. So I had to wait for her to bring back the sauce as the sandwich got colder. As I was eating the sandwich, the chicken, it was very chewy and hard and grizzly with all kinds of grizzle in there. So the whole experience was pretty bad. I thought I would try this place for the first time.And it was the worst burger experience.I think I ever had. This place was supposed to have great sandwiches.But frankly, I could get a far better fried Chicken Sandwich with more meat and tender meat at KFC or McDonald’s. Then at this place. They’re way overpriced. I probably should have gotten a burger. But I thought in a place like this, they must have good Chicken Sandwich is, but no, it was terrible. There was barely any chicken in there. And it was very grizzly, and the outside was hard as leather. It was not fresh at all, and neither was the bun.It was cold just like the fries were cold and hard. She didn’t ask if everything was okay until I was all done. I was starving because I hadn’t eaten all day. So I was afraid if I asked for them to bring it back, that’s somebody would spitting the food or something. The worst part about this whole thing was. I got food poisoning from this food. It was the only thing I ate all day. And I got terribly sick from food poisoning. So whatever they did, they don’t have good, a food handling practices at that place or they purposefully did something to my food. But I got seriously sick to my stomach. All night long from that food. They really need to start using more sanitary measures. So their customers don’t get sick and start making their food more edible. I was the only customer besides one other table.So there was no excuse for this terrible service.And food. People started coming in as I was leaving. It’s not like they had a big crowd. And didn’t have time for me. There was nobody there, but one other table when I got there. Worst burger place experience of my life.

Bob’s historically gets amazing reviews and for good reason!
The atmosphere, service and food are stellar! It has a warm, inviting seating arrangement that allows for intimate conversation at your table or booth. We picked the dining area opposite of the bar and it was quiet and cozy in our booth adjacent to the kitchen.
Emma was our server, and she went above and beyond to make sure every question was answered and every need met. Details like lemon in our filtered ice water & a stack of napkins provided (without being requested) made us feel cared for as well as her friendly, warm nature made for pleasant, relatable conversation.
The food was phenomenal! Appetizers of loaded potato wedges perfecting crisped, lightly breaded garlicky cheese curds and marinara sauce were very nicely fried in fresh oil. The chicken wings had a decent amount of not too spicy sauce.
We were spoiled with generous portions of Cod, fresh mild slaw, not too sweet onion rings, lightly seasoned fries, and OH MY GOSH the sourdough burger was THE BEST I’ve ever had due to it’s soft bread, perfectly crisped edges, Bacon, and a touch of mild cheese, with the most tender, juicy burger ever! A delight for the senses. Enjoy every moment! You will have leftovers to eat later in the day or next day since they are super generous with their portions.

For a burger, french fry, and the best onion rings I have ever had…this place is doing it right. The extra onion rings on the side could feed an army. We love cheeseburgers & the buns are fresh brioche, meat & toppings perfect. The only thing not so great was our buffalo chicken wrap was so spicy, we couldn’t finish it or taste anything else in the wrap except for vinegar & hotness. So dont order that, or maybe ask for lighter hot sauce ratio. Would come here again, just sticking to the basics. Their drink menu & options are extensive. They do carry chukanut cheesecake, which is divine.
*Just went back recently, hubs got the Bonanza burger, was a huge burger & was delicious! I ordered the Chicken, Ranch,Bacon burger sub a brioche bun. The chicken was perfectly cooked & the burger was out of this world delicious.I got the clam chowder soup, I really liked it.
My daughter got the lighter fare burger, was not as good as the others. A little patty, on a normal sized bun…a bit dry. I Kind of expected a smaller bun. Would order a regular burger next time.
The fries were dry on the inside, like over cooked. I would get the Jo-Jos, they were better, more moist.
Side note, wait was quite a while for food to come out. Make sure you a lot of extra wait time.

The wait is always too long, and the waiters are always the checked out. Had to stop our waitress multiple times tonget service.
Also, not sure I’ve ever said something had too much cheese, but man, the nachos had too much cheese and it wasn’t all melted.
