Placed a late night pick up order. Got to unos at 856pm staff was quick and friendly. Just called at 918pm (yes I am aware they are closed) to attempt to leave a voicemail as I found something in the bottom of my salad bowl. I will be returning in the AM for a refund.

My significant other and I visited UNO’s today and sat in the bar area and I had the most amazing service! The bartender was so nice, sincere, charismatic, and sympathetic. I have pots disease and fainted at the table whilst ordering food and drinks. He was very patient and kind with us given the circumstances and I sincerely appreciate him. He made sure to continue checking on us and making sure i was okay. It’s not easy going out sometimes with my condition but I am she happy we ended up there. Please tell him thank you and he deserves nothing but kindness and he will forever be blessed. We will continue to patronize this location:

What an excellent lunch! Starting with drinks, I had a delightful cocktail and my son had root beer. The shrimp and crab dip was delivered next and it was creamy and delicious. The toast served with was a little overdone … pretty hard and crunchy … but it didn’t stop us from scarfing it down. Then it was burger time. My son ordered a cheddar and mushroom burger and loaded mashed potatoes (which he gave to me) and I ordered the sliders, which came with fries (so we basically switched sides). Both of us were happy. We each had a little garlic aioli on the side, and I must say it really enhanced the loaded mashed potatoes (which were piping hot! The bacon was a bit chewy, but enjoyable just the same. Our server was efficient and pleasant. It was a delightful lunch.

It was my beautiful wife’s b.d. and she wanted deep dish. No problem there’s an uno’s restaurant at Janaf…. O no there ain’t!? Tab, VA. Is the closest now, road trip! Gggreat as always & Mel was the best, met me at the door swipe, tip, and back on the road again in 4 minutes!

This time, I was served by Shayla, who was absolutely attentive She was very professional, attentive, kind, and truly did her best to make sure everything was perfect

I feel like Uno’s is a very underrated establishment. It has a great environment, it always offers excellent service, and everything I’ve eaten there has been delicious.
They have a GREAT BBQ Chicken pizza which I highly recommend.
I tried the Rattlesnake Pasta last time I was there, and didn’t love it. But like I said everything else I’ve had there is so good…….including their apps.
They also offer kids eat free on Tuesdays.

Went for lunch on a Sunday. There was only a few tables, almost as many waitresses as there were customers. Service was terrible, only saw the waitress when food was coming out then she disappeared until it was time for the check.
Got the extra sausage extra cheese deep dish and it was disgusting. Dripping grease and not even halfway cooked crust all the way thru.
And the bathrooms looked like a truck stop. Urine all over the urinal privacy thing. Disgusting floor.

We went there for dinner. We ended sitting in the bar. Bartender was slammed and really didn’t give us his full attention. I’m not going to fault him. It’s not his fault it’s management’s fault. We waited 6 minutes to sit down at a dirty table. Then we sat down and waited 5 minutes for a menu then another 8 minutes to order and then another 11 minutes for the food to come. When we finally received our food it was hot, tasty and fresh. Will go again when it’s not so packed.
