This is a pizza and basic lettuce salad buffet and probably best designed for taking kids. The price is reasonable. Greeted with a smile at the door but staff projected a trudging desire to be there–understandably this is a heck of a busy place to work. The bathroom was moderately clean with an odor. The tables were cleared and cleaned immediately but left soaking wet. The floors were not swept. The pizza is thin with sparce toppings and heavily salted. The only type with decent toppings was the vegan, although it’s really meatless. The price includes drinks and a macaroni bar with marinara or white sauce which had a really nice flavor.
Probably won’t go back without kids.

Most of the tables and floors were filthy when we arrived but eventually one kid was slowly clearing tables. Buffet was nearly empty the whole time we were there. No desserts available at ALL. Any pizza they brought out was immediately scavenged by people waiting for the food to be restocked. Are there any actual ADULTS that work there or just the stoned teenagers we saw? Just altogether a terrible experience. 🙁 Not typically the norm for other Cici’s we have been to, which are few and far between.

I was in mobile Al , I have family there and ate at cicis . The restaurant was very clean . Skyler made sure I had a vegetarian pizza within minutes of arrival and was kind enough to even service our table personally. I highly recommend cicis pizza for good affordable pizza , salad bar , pasta bar and desserts , I almost forgot to mention their delicious cheese bread .

First off already got off on the wrong foot starting out with no ranch or shredded cheese on the salad bar. Then the buffet was almost completely empty with 3 or 4 slices of pizza left on the entire buffet. After about a 15 min wait the bar was replenished and the stuffed crust pepperoni and the Hawaiian was a hit with my family.
Now the buss boy Jaylen was exceptional. He was busy cleaning all evening. Must say this young man is a very good asset to this restaurant

Well, well, well. CiCi’s Pizza. What do I say here? It’s good… really. As far as a fresh pizza right out of the oven delivered to your table, it’s delicious. Friendly staff. Lots of variety. Inexpensive. But, it’s a buffet. You know what I say, buffets just have intrinsic traits that cannot be overcome: restaurant can be dirty, food is cold, buffet is not replenished , etc. This location on Airport Boulevard is pretty clean but I was in way after the lunch rush. Service was good, food was good. As always, the offer stood to have a custom pizza made (super thin crust pepperoni), but I declined. And this is something they will do for everyone, which is a nice option. Cheesy bread sticks are my go-to filler and the cinnamon rolls are unbeatable! Hands down the best thing there. Overall, pretty good. Don’t let a 3 star keep you away, I just have a hard time going any higher for places like this. It’s a good place, especially if you have a large group and/or kids!

Well. I got there about 1 pm on a Friday. They did announce welcome to Cicis. There were a few families that entered before I did. It was a young girls bday. . They asked for a zesty ham and cheese. They were told yes for sure ! Well 35 min later still not one out.
When I first got arrived , there was a fresh pepperoni and fresh zesty pepperoni out. They went fast. Otherwise Barely any pizza out there.
I finally went back up to ask for a zest ham and cheese. Finally it was made and I let the girls know and grabbed a few for myself.
The Oreo has to go ! Bring back the brownie. The Oreo tastes burnt every time.
There were 3 employees in the back by arcade eating and doing nothing. They did eat a lot of the fresh pizza. Every table almost was dirty.
I feel like the person who seemed in charge was spending more time chatting that taking care of the place.
