Excellent Drive Thru service this morning. From arrival time in the line with 5 cars ahead of me to the window (2 ahead to the menu mic) it took only 4 minutes total for me to drive away with my food. Excellent biscuit this morning too. And the young lady at the drive thru window was precious. Sweet, smiley, friendly and helpful. Pretty much a perfect Drive Thru experience today. Thank you!!

Patrick or Uncle Pat is truly a gift to Jacks! My wife and I met him this morning on Douglas GA and he was so funny and just happy to serve us. He was happy to serve everyone! I also watched the employees respond to him. Watched him laugh and cut up with everyone. My husband gets the rib sandwich every week. Last week was lighter on sauce so this week I ordered two with extra sauce. Did an online order. Because it was a family meal I set a 45 minute later pickup. Got there went in and said my name and the cashier ask about my order . The lady in the red shirt I assumed the manger said well her order isn’t ready so she’ll have to wait. That’s fine they were busy but her attitude the entire time I was there was horrible . Consistently giving out old lunch fries for dinner. No joke. These fries are never fresh and today gave us fries that had to be made at lunch – it’s 6:30p now. The workers have no pride in making fresh food. Just repurpose what didn’t sell from hours prior. It’s pathetic. Todays my last run with that Jacks under they are under better management that actually cares what people is spending their money on!
