I visited this location with my family last week, and the experience exceeded expectations. The food came out hot, fresh, and flavorful across the table. Everything we ordered was genuinely delicious.
What stood out the most was the customer service. Our waiter was managing a large section, including our table, but never missed a beat. He was attentive, professional, and kept everything flowing smoothly. We all agreed the service was immaculate.
The entire team had a welcoming energy, and it made the night feel easy and enjoyable. Great food paired with strong service is always a win. I’d definitely return to this location.

Service was amazing I went out to eat with some friends, I was at work and I called my friend and told them to order for me, but my man Dustin, legendary waiter took my order on the phone with my friend. I got to the restaurant and my drink was sitting there and my food was coming out pretty soon. Every time you go the Chilis in Salina ask for Dustin he’s a great guy and was super helpful and got our checks all split up. We ended up tipping him $30 ish dollars for his amazing service and we asked for a photo and he said yes. 10/10 service Dustin is the best waiter I’ve ever had and food was great as always and amazing.

The service was great. Party of 2. Can’t remember our waiter’s name or manager. First-time visit in a very long time to Chili’s. Ordered a small order of Nashville hot sauced mozzarella sticks. Pretty good. Came out with 3 sticks. The 3 stick had the cheese completely cooked out of the breading. Pointed out to manager and she took care of it. And we both got the 3 for me menu items we got the soup and salad. Both were good. Then we both got burgers one smashed and the other not. Burgers pretty decent. My only complaint was the burger to bun ratio, patty was generous in size, bun was too big. And the quality of the bun couldn’t hold up to the end. Our waiter was always checking on us. And any other staff was always busy doing something.

The food was great! I especially like the new nachos! Our server Mini was phenomenal! She was kind and attentive, and she had great attention to detail, even filling up a to go cup partially so the rest of my wifes drink would fill it up! Great job, she deserves a raise!

Even though it was busy, we still got our food in great time. We come about once a month but Mini was by far one of the nicest servers we’ve ever had, even at other restaurants. The food was good, we love the chicken bacon ranch nachos. Great experience.

The person who does the seating did not relay messages to our server that we had a person who was celebrating their birthday and that we had driven many hours to get to this location to do so. We asked that they come and sing to the individual and yet it was not done because the server was never told. We are very greatly disappointed in this place.
We will not return here due to the lack of respect for Communication within employees and all the goofing off that seemed to be going on behind our server back as no one was respecting him in the work place and made the entire situation very uncomfortable.

Our server was Diego, he was wonderful. He made sure we had full drinks and full chips constantly. Our food came out swift as could be while also leaving us plenty of time to converse with one another. while we were paying he came out with a full basket of chips for us to take home. He was the best server I’ve had here the last few times. As always Chili’s is always wonderful and my top pick for food in Salina.
