The food here has consistently gotten worse. When we order delivery, there is always something wrong with the order and they forget items. This last time we ordered buffalo bone-in/boneless combo with tots. They never tossed the wings (severely overcooked), provided one small cup of buffalo, and gave us fries (charged us for tots) – When we called, the girl that answered the phone had an attitude and said “What do you want? Another cup of buffalo?” The pictures speak for themselves. Food was absolutely disgusting looking.

We came on a Wednesday night. It was a slow night, both in the restaurant AND the kitchen. Absurd with the few people here. We have been here when it was much busier with faster service. Slow to get seated, slow to give our order, slow to get drinks, slow to get food. You see the trend. I don’t know who manages this place, but they either don’t know how or just don’t care. We’ll drive to a different location if we want bdubs again.

We had a group of nineteen that called ahead and was assured they could get us in. We were seated shortly after arriving and did not have to wait long for any food or drinks. The staff was very kind and attentive, despite being very busy! The manager personally worked with someone in our party with a lot of food allergies to help her get a meal she could eat. The food was good but the staff were amazing and really turned the night around for us! Most Buffalo Wild Wings locations are pretty standard, but the staff at this location went above and beyond, even when they were clearly busy!

Tried to eat here on a Saturday around 4PM. About 6-7 tables of people total and 3 waitstaff. Stood at the door waiting to be seated for 15 minutes without a single acknowledgement from the many workers that passed by. Walked out. A couple that came in after us did the same. Happy to take business elsewhere.

This place has turned into a shocking disaster in a short amount of time. Horribly slow service. Orders are wrong and cold. Even worse that it’s happening during extremely slow times! Amazing what the wide ranging effects of bad management decisions can be.

had the opportunity to visit Buffalo Wild Wings recently. I normally get wings when I visit. This time around I ordered a burger. It was so good; I think I’ll have to change it up when I visit next because that was definitely unexpected. This was the first time visiting this Buffalo Wild Wings location and was a defiantly a relaxing vibe there. We ordered and had our food within 20 minutes. It was so nice to get it so quickly.

My wife, sister-sister-in-law and I decided to have a late lunch and opted for Buffalo Wild Wings. We were seated immediately and waited on by Ashley H., who was very engaging, attentive and knew just how often to swing by our table to get more drinks, napkins or whatever else we needed. She did a *GREAT* job and we were lucky to have her as our server. Our food was very good; I had the Ultimate Appetizer Sampler ( or something along those lines ) and wanted to tweak the nacho portion to not include several of the ingredients. She had no problem with my requested modifications and got everything exactly right ( for all of our orders ). We joked around with her repeatedly, as it wasn’t overly busy during the time that we happened to be there, and enjoyed our interactions with her. The food was excellent and we needed several “to go” containers at the end. Based on our experience today, I would heartily recommend Buffalo Wild Wings in Fond du Lac, especially if Ashley H. is your server. Well done !!

Burger was delicious but the packer should’ve drained the grease before packing it up. Fries and tater tots were perfect. No napkins were present at all which sucks being at a hotel.
