If I could rate this a zero, it would be a zero. Went through drive-through asked for two hard tacos with just meat, cheese and sour cream she said oh so two Supremes Because they will charge me Supremes because of the sour cream, which I don’t mind. Got the food, my daughter picked up the taco to make sure that it was correct ( toppings fell all over her lap) while we were still there And of course it wasn’t. It had lettuce and tomato on it. The employee opened the window. I told her it was supposed to be just meat, cheese and sour cream. She looked like she was mad. I gave them the whole bag back a few minutes later she brings it again. They only did one taco and not the second one so I told her it was supposed to be both of them. Few minutes later a guy comes to the window. I’m assuming one making the food he wanted to clarify what I wanted on it I told him meat, cheese, and sour cream, and then the same lady said a supreme was just no lettuce or tomato by the time we get home my daughter said now they just being dumb or childish. They only put cheese and sour cream with no meat. Well, they lost my business. I told my daughter we will never eat at Taco Bell if they cannot understand a hard taco which just meat, cheese and sour cream and for the lady to have a attitude the whole time when I kept on repeating myself was a little rude. Not saying that lettuce is an allergy but if I ask for a specific items, there’s probably a reason that means my child does not eat lettuce or tomato and I was just looking at the reviews from three years ago or a year ago and it looks like nothing has changed. Completely sad

Ngl yall need to stop smoking before yall come to work or something cause tell me why I ordered two combos for me n my man and I didn’t get the sides for either of the meals, they forgot all the sauces AND me and my man got two different drinks that were two different sizes and they gave him a large and me a small when I was supposed to get the large drink and his drink was supposed to be small. I don’t expect no 5 star service from a fast food restaurant but I also don’t expect half my order to be missing and wrong

Taco Bell always hits the spot! The food is hot, fresh, and comes out fast every time I stop by. The staff is friendly and gets the orders right, and the prices are great for the amount of food you get. The restaurant is clean, and the service is consistent. Whether it’s a quick lunch or a late-night run, Taco Bell never disappoints. Definitely one of my go-to spots!

So be careful what you order. We asked for the $7.00 Luxe box, the gentleman said that is our Classic Box which is $7.98 ( we have experienced higher prices then advertised at some TB) so we received our food and the “Classic” is what Taco Bell advertises as the $5.00 Luxe box nationally. When I inquired as to the difference since I asked for the $7.00 Luxe Box advertised I was told we do follow that what you got is our $7.00 box (almost $8.00) So Caveat Emptor check closely what you are ordering as it seems a bit deceptive.

Came in hungry with my girls from running around the mall. Ordered a couple of crave boxes that weren’t up to par. Asked kindly if they could fix it and Boris was very nice and respectful and remade our order to our liking. First time I ever had a complaint and was met with a smile and a no problem. Appreciate Boris and the staff as they were all very attentive to this matter!

Went through the drive-through person was friendly I ordered my food and I requested my drink to be a large. I don’t know if he must’ve misheard me, but they gave me the wrong size then when I proceeded to ask if I can just pay for a large size, they tell me I had to drive around again to re-order and I couldn’t order at the window. I was the only person in line they had no business.The men sounded rude and nasty once I asked if I can pay for a large size that they messed up.

This is the worse TAco Bell I have ever been to, you go inside to order and you have to address someone to take your order, I ordered a crunchers Supreme and when I got home it was so poorly made that the upper and lower layers touched each other, they need to be sued for false advertisement and poor representation. (Update 13 June 23, leadership should be fired for such poor good presentation, see the Chalupa and tacos I got today WTH, I will not return until food quality is improved., 10/17/2024 Still this Taco Bells is still a mess, I got a chalupa combo of beef and the soft taco had only the beef, no lettuce, cheese tomatoes or sour cream and when I walked them they tried to tell me they don’t put lettuce, and the other items on a soft taco, WTH they need people who know what they are doing or talking about.

Update, visited again, trash food just as the first time, will definitely not make the mistake of a third visit. Crunch wrap had no crunch and was all soft and flimsy

I had such a great experience in this establishment. Jordan was excellent serving us at the window, great manners and an amazing work ethic. Not to mention, the food was great as always.
