I will definitely come back to this place again. And not even because of the food, but because of the staff’s attitude. They always smile, are friendly and very courteous — both to customers and to Uber Eats delivery couriers.
Juan always organized the workflow very efficiently, and there were never any issues with the orders.

Popeyes is known for their amazing taste and flavor and really this is what fast food needs more Popeyes. In this Popeyes specifically the staff were super nice and when I got home to open my food the food smelled amazing as if it was gold. I love Popeyes fried chicken and this place is a must eat.

I ordered doordash from them and ordered a large red beans & rice but received a small. Week later I get my Mom a mild chicken sandwich in the drive-thru we had to pull up and wait and they brought us a spicy chicken sandwich. They went in an exchanged it but She found two long blonde hairs in her food. Super gross.

I’ve never eaten such a terrible chicken. It was terrible. The least tasty chicken. I don’t recommend this place. If you are thinking of eating delicious food, go somewhere else. There’s no foot here at all. The fries were disgusting, there is no chicken almost in the wings, one batter and that’s it. Too much expensive, It’s not worth the money. Didn’t give the napkins, souses, nothing!!!!!

Never again. Ordered online and pulled up to be told I have to wait because it’s not ready. Okay sure no problem, ofcourse I have to check everything is there…nope missing sides had to pull around. Get home and still was missing another side. The tender are awful not what they use to be, I picked out which chicken pieces I wanted and still got what I didn’t want. Flounder sandwich is nasty, presentation looked subpar. Next morning we are now feeling very sick, nauseous, diarrhea. Don’t come here. I’ll always stick with Wendy’s when deciding on fast food.

They literally stole our money. We placed an online order by mistake at this location. We called to ask if they can cancel the order. They said sure! It didn’t feel like they understood what I was asking so I called back to ask if they can cancel the order: They said no, see if you can through the app. The app doesn’t let you either. We had a time constraint and could not get to this location in time. So we figured maybe we could go back later since they’re open till 1am. Popeyes doesn’t have no customer service phone number just chat and email! It’s literally so awful. Customer service told us we can’t get a refund, credit, or cancellation. We said okay then we can get back to the restaurant later, but it’s 30 mins from our house so we wanna call to make sure everything’s good to go, before we leave. They answered the first time we called back, but then they hung up on us. Now every time I call it hangs up on me. If I *67 them it’ll ring fully. They’re being awful. They won’t answer the phone and it feels like it’s on purpose. We cannot collect our chicken. I think we will call the Police.

Always interested is exploring the new, fast, and affordable. What a disappointment this was. As I walked in a CSR was walking in at the same time from the opposite door. She went directly back behind the counter and began taking other customers orders without sanitizing her hands. Place order, they were fast, prompt, and accurate. However there was far too much personal and very loud chit chat among employees. The food presentation looked great, however after first bite the three pieces of combo meal was old. I expected so much better.

One of their cashiers whom I think is the head cashier /manager, have very poor listening skills. Screw up my order every time. Give him my order in plain clear English and he still screws it up.
