What a delicious spot and wonderfully attentive staff. My husband said that was one of the best garbage plates he has had outside of Rochester. We drove over an hour to try this place and were very pleased. The Rootbeer was delicious and straight from the barrel, it always tastes better that way. My burger and onion rings were delicious, my daughter loved her burger, and my husband had a red hot as well. Loved the old feel set up. We will be back when in the area.

First time eating there today and enjoyed all of it. Prices are good, fresh cut fries (not frozen). Burgers had flavor and did not taste like they were from a frozen box. Food cooked to order. Frosted mug root-beer was full of flavor. Shakes were thick. Will be back again! Also, CASH ONLY!!!

Mac’s is a great ol’ 50s-style drive-in! The food is great, the service is even better (We did curbside dining in the car) The onion rings were perfect! And their signature root beer really hit the spot. My only complaint is that they aren’t open year round…

Food is always good here… The wait staff are typically young kids, they hire and train some great kids, very friendly and good workers…. They have counter seats, tables, also available car hops on the back of the building, also a grassy area where the wait staff will come out take your order and delivery it as well…. It is a step back to 1961, their first year in business…

What a pleasurable experience hidden on route 20. We stopped on a whim. Saw the menu that is simple yet satisfying, not too mention do you see the prices? Like its frozen in time?!
All the staff are young kids and service was fast and friendly. Such a retro vibe we loved it. It’s set up like a sonic is with a car hop on the outside as well.
Social distancing and cleaning were maintained well.

I finally got to stop here cause we’re not rushing through this time around. I think we ordered almost everything on the menu! The prices are incredibly reasonable. Richardson root beer is the best, smoothest in the world. Soft ice cream is high quality because they know minimum fat content needed.

Food lacked flavor, portions were small for the price. Everything was made from frozen food. The Servers are also the Cooks which creates a huge issue with proper sanitization. They are clearing dirty tables then using their bare hands to grab fries and throw them in the fryer basket. Everything behind the counter was coated in grease and grime. Rootbeer float was good. Our bill was $90 for two adults and three kids.
