The Best Ice in Town. 10/10 Would Recommend.

Wow. Just, wow.

I came in for a simple lemonade with no ice. What I received was a transcendent experience. The staff here are not just employees; they are visionaries. They saw my request for “no ice” and knew what I actually meant was “I want to taste the pure, unadulterated essence of your finest, locally-sourced, frozen water.”

The cup was about 70% glorious, crystal-clear ice. The three sips of lemonade that managed to squeeze in between the cubes were electrifying. It was so intense, I finished it in under 30 seconds. A true whirlwind of flavor.

When I went back for a refill, they gently refused. At first, I was confused, but then I understood. They were protecting me. They knew a second cup of such perfection would simply be too much for one person to handle. They value customer well-being over profit.

Five stars for the generous ice portions, the life-affirming brevity of the drink, and the staff’s commitment to teaching valuable life lessons about wanting less. You guys are doing amazing, sweetie.

It’s a McDonald’s so not sure who doesn’t know what to expect. What I like about this place is parking is plenty and they still have the drink fountain so you can refill your own drinks. Service is efficient and no one asks for tips.

Tried the Chicken Big Mac and it was great! The bun was soft and the chicken was very much like two giant McNuggets, very crispy and tender, with Big Mac sauce. It became more of a slip and slide affair near the end though with the ample amount of sauce and the stacks not holding together well, but still tasted delicious. Food came out within minutes, and the place was airy and clean.

Absolutely Horrible Experience — Unprofessional and Unsanitary

Review:
This McDonald’s location was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The customer service was unacceptable from the moment we walked in. The girl working the front completely ignored us, walking past several times without acknowledging us. After waiting about 5–10 minutes, she finally told us to use the kiosk instead of taking our order.

We ordered through the kiosk and waited another 10 minutes. During that time, we noticed multiple workers handling food without gloves. The same girl from the front even went outside, touched the door, and came back to handle food again — still without washing her hands or using gloves. When we pointed out the issue and asked about the gloves, she told us that they didn’t have any.

We then asked to speak with the manager, but the manager never came out to address our concern. Meanwhile, other customers were also standing around waiting for service — two people ended up leaving because of how long it was taking.

This is completely unprofessional and unsanitary. The staff clearly needs retraining on both basic customer service and food safety standards. I will not be returning to this location, and I strongly recommend that corporate look into these issues immediately.

On October 24, 2025, around 2:00PM, I ordered a Snack Wrap from this McDonald’s location. The food was completely cold within just a few minutes — the tortilla was cold and the chicken was no temperature and not warm at all. When I reported this to the short-haired middle-aged female manager, she insisted that “it’s supposed to be cold” and that even if she made another one, it would also be cold.

As a professionally trained chef, I know that any food containing meat must meet proper food safety temperature standards. Even for fast food, customers deserve food that is safe to eat and served at an appropriate temperature.

What’s more disappointing is the manager’s rude and dismissive attitude. She showed no respect or willingness to address the issue, and I strongly suspect bias or discriminatory behavior. I urge McDonald’s management to take this complaint seriously and ensure proper training on both food safety standards and customer service professionalism. (Already Leave two companies on the McDonald’s website)

The food tasted gross, and the customer service was rude. I ordered a fish filet, but the sandwich was disgusting and had a strong fish odor. After going through the drive-thru, I returned to inform them that they shouldn’t be serving old, nasty food to customers. Naturally, they denied that the food was old.

The first manager I spoke to was a grumpy, older Mexican lady with an attitude problem, and the next manager didn’t do anything—no apology at all. In a time when companies feel they’re being scammed by customers, how about companies scamming customers by serving old, extremely low-quality food that should be thrown away?

Avoid this McDonald’s; you’ll receive food that belongs in the trash, along with an attitude from the staff.
