First let me say I visit this location quite often. Although it was an hour before closing time, I still did not expect to receive hard old food. Not only was the wings dry they were old. I could not even eat it. I sent my husband to get our food and although he didn’t check it before he left this should not have even been served to a dog. I’m not sure who the manager was on duty that night, but he has dreads, and he was also not friendly as well. This is beyond unacceptable as Zaxby’s is already expensive but being that I love the food I frequent here often. I spent over $20 and cannot even eat my food. I asked for a large order of fries and it’s like they gave me the crumbs because it was close to closing again this is beyond acceptable. If you’re going to visit this location do so during lunchtime when you know, the food will be fresh anything after 3:00 PM your screwed this is not my first time having this issue and I don’t normally leave reviews but this is beyond unacceptable and sickening! Enough is enough! Just because it’s close to closing time DOES NOT give any business a reason to serve this disgusting food! The pictures speak for themselves! Drive to another location! Completely Unacceptable!

This is nothing against the staff but the size of the wings in the combo I spent $12. 75 was egregious. They were micro wings at best. If I’d had looked in the box before leaving I would have demanded a refunded.

******UPDATE******

Fab, the manager, called me and apologized for customer service and the tacos that I had received. He was determined to make it right and he even went as far as letting me know his schedule so that he could make the tacos himself. That is dedication and outstanding customer service. I am big on customer service and have much respect Fab. The atmosphere was even better. The tacos were fresh and tasty! I added pictures of the tacos I received today, a big difference.

This Zaxby’s was a hot mess! The girls that were working there on Sunday evening (08/18/24) were very unprofessional. The customer service was horrible. I watched a man order his food for dine in and they still packed it to go. The girl did not call his name or number, she just said, “here go yo food”. Another girl was in there leaning all over the counter on her phone. I really wish I could have gotten their names (which I looked for but they were not visible) because they do not need to be working any job that requires customer service, especially when they are dealing with food.

I ordered through the app and the food I received was sloppy. The fries did not have any seasoning. I will let the pictures do the talking for the “tacos”. The tenders were weird looking, the bacon was missing, and they looked nothing like what I ordered.

I frequently visit this particular zaxbys. Always great service. My fries wasn’t as hot as I wanted them to be but the cashier (Jakara E) brought it to the cooks attention and immediately they got me fresh hot fries with a smile. Great customer service. 5 stars

This is, without question, the most chaotic Zaxby’s I’ve ever been to. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt less like a restaurant and more like the hallway of a high school between classes. Loud conversations, joking around, and employees openly talking about personal matters that had nothing to do with work all while orders were being delayed and mixed up.

The lack of management presence was immediately noticeable. When I first entered to pick up my order, there was visible confusion behind the counter, but no manager in sight. Employees were standing around talking, moving without direction, and giving off the impression that no one was in charge. I stood there for about seven minutes before a manager finally appeared from what felt like some hidden back room.

The staff themselves appeared very young and completely undisciplined. One employee actually walked in complaining out loud about his attitude and saying he was about to leave and go home, as if that was acceptable behavior to announce at work. There was no sense of professionalism, urgency, or accountability.

At one point, I watched the manager and at least four other employees struggle just to figure out a single order. Instead of clear communication and leadership, it was confusion piled on top of confusion. Eventually, a second manager apparently the cook manager came out and immediately had to correct one of the cooks, who I believe was the same employee talking about going home earlier.

Overall, the entire experience felt like a zoo disorganized, loud, and completely unmanaged. Poor leadership, poor work ethic, and a total lack of structure made what should have been a simple pickup frustrating and uncomfortable. This location needs new staff and management. I so badly wanted to jump behind that counter and regulate the madness.

Zetta Mae was our cashier at the counter and she gave excellent service! Not only was she sweet. She made a great suggestion when it came to my wings which are amazing buffalo garlic. Service was fast. Food was hot. Great job she needs a promotion!

There is no excuse for an order that was just made and immediately opened to be this cold. For the price you charge, hot and fresh food should never reach customers cold. On top of that, the bone-in wings looked undercooked—almost albino. Cook the wings properly.
Stop short-changing the people who keep you in business. This was a disgusting experience.

As it was my first time eating at Zaxby’s, it was adequate; nothing exceptional as it had been promoted, but nonetheless a pleasant experience. I ordered my food at 7:15 p.m. and received it at 7:40 p.m. (I was staying 15 minutes away from this location). I ordered two conventional wing meals and a grilled cheese meal, as well as a sweet tea and a minute maid lemonade. Everything was cooked to perfection; my fries were crisp, and while the teriyaki wings seemed to be missing something, they were still delicious, as were my sweet and spicy wings. My grilled cheese and drinks were also delicious.
