The fish sandwich is very good , but if you don’t like a lot of tartar sauce , make sure you tell them put light , tatter because , they do put it on kind of heavy. Friendly service and quick.

Jack on the box is our go to, better prices than the competition especially if you use the coupons. Friendly staff who serve quickly, orders done right. Fast food done right.

I ordered delivery from this location and the food arrived extremely cold, like it had been sitting out for a long time. I understand fast food can be hit or miss, but this was by far the most stale and old-tasting meal I’ve had. Really disappointing experience.

The daytime shift is more interested in chit-chating making it very difficult for the young lady that took my order to pay attention and get my order right. I stated three times that I only wanted ketchup pickles lettuce on my burger. And when I got my burger mustard mayonnaise ketchup pickles onions lettuce. she either just doesn’t care or she doesn’t know how to take an order. This is the day shift mind you the graveyard shift on the other hand is a different story the two young men that work the graveyard shift seemed to always be smiling they get my order right and it’s done in a timely manner. My compliments to the graveyard shift to two young men and to the ladies and the day shift you suck.

I know I get it. It’s a fast food joint and people have their opinions. But their sourdough Jack is not bad. Definitely. When it’s cooked fresh.

My husband and I came to this location at about 10:30 am to split a baconator since we missed McDonald’s breakfast and we were served the most pathetic excuse for a baconator, ever. All of the bacon that made it on the burger was extremely burnt and in pieces and there was less bacon on this baconator than a regular bacon cheeseburger. I think these people tried to get away with giving me breakfast crumbs in my baconator because I was in the drive thru and more than likely would be long gone from the restaurant before noticing how they cheated me.
Always check your food before driving away! Fast food restaurants don’t give a poo about anything except your money, so don’t forget to advocate for yourself even down to the smallest things like a $10 burger.
** It’s not about meeting My expectations, it’s about teaching YOUR employees how to properly meet the expectations of the Owner. The owner Is the person who sets the standards for their business, you set the rules and guidelines for how the location conducts business. Maybe it’s not so much the employee at the window who’s the problem but the owner for not being there to enforce proper business protocol**
