The service was just okay. I sat at the bar. Ordered my dinner. Was not offered a salad with dinner especially for the price. The food took forever to come out. The bartender said the food was hot be careful, but the food was not hot. Other customers were waiting for food and desserts and the manager was just walking around not helping or checking on food orders. Definitely not likely to eat there again for a while. Very disappointed with the service and food.

The lime chicken is top notch! The 2 for $x deals are all extremely tasty & well worth the price! Would appreciate if they would accommodate to those families that have toddlers & also want to watch TV. (I understand the high chairs are now a hazard, but could we get some better angles.

Amazing service and atmosphere!! Marina was our group’s server and she did a wonderful job. Very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. Definitely will be coming back again soon!

The visit to this Applebees was very good. The food was amazing! Drinks were on point and the waitress was very pleasant! We ordered appetizers, while waiting for our food! It was all very delicious!

This place is a hit or miss location. I’ve been there about 10 times, and I either find myself incredibly impressed. Or completely dissatisfied.
Good experiences (7/10 time);
Great with kids, service was quick and friendly. Food was spot on.
But the last 2 times I found myself very disappointed. I went last night, and everything was great until dinner was served. I had order a Caesar salad (and specified I wanted it before dinner). My kids got their meals and I sat there a full 10 minutes afterwards, with nothing in front of me. Then my burger came (half cooked). The server came by and I mentioned I never received my salad. I asked her to make it a to go order instead, since I already had my meal. She seemed very frustrated with me. From that point on she intentionally ignored my table. My kid’s drinks never got refilled, and we just sat there after eating. She attended to all the other tables, but completely walked by ours. I eventually had to call out to her (as she was walking away), to ask for my check. She brought the check, and still no salad. I pointed out the salad was on the ticket, and I never received it. She huffed and walked off with my payment. 5 minutes later a different server came with my salad (finally), and my card. I don’t remember the last time I have been this disappointed in the service I received from a restaurant. And I’m not one to complain.

Had a sirloin steak that was hard as a cinder block. Plus it had no taste to it . Didn’t bring my mashed potatoes out with my meal. It was the worst dining experience I’ve had in a long time. Would absolutely avoid this place and definitely this location.

Restaurant that is still passing the test of time. Applebee’s is keeping relevant to changing preferences. Good food. Clean space. Still worth a visit (compared to other fading 90s chains).

Bella is an one of the most awesome, friendly, and polite person my wife and I ever met !!!!! We come to Applebee’s because of her…..the food is good Bella puts everything over the top. She is a blessing!!!!
