Arrived at 1030 2/23 place was empty I thought yay good food. Nope fries were cold and over salted burger had so much ketchup and mustard it was smeared all over the wrapping and burger I couldn’t even hold it. I did ask for extra but it’s like come on! Also I can’t drink soda so went for tea and they were out at the station. It was close to close but asked for tea from drive thru and was told they didn’t it have any there either. Have stopped in before during the day and food was excellent… sooo I won’t be coming here at night during my travels back and forth anymore.

This is a well below average McDonald’s, representative of the proudly “confederate” community. (Probably ought to use any other flag to welcome people to the area, that’s an evil four years of Arizona history to be proud of… but you do you!)
Turn on your computer for mobile orders when you’re open! What is wrong with you? If a particular service is closed, like maybe curbside over night for example, your computer will allow you turn off that specific feature to customers. If you leave the computer for mobile orders off overnight and at other random times when you’re open then customers can’t access the deals and must pay full price or not eat here. As a McDonald’s employee, what is motivating you to force people to pay full price or change their plans if there is a deal available?!?!?! Is your franchise giving out bonuses to the folks behind the counter?! I can’t imagine that’s the case.
The second star is only for the person who makes the bacon, egg, and cheese biscuits when the computer for mobile orders is on. They place the two halves of bacon flat, beside each other so you get some in every bite. Thank you for doing your job, that is so painfully rare around these parts. That whole loss-of-legalized-slavery thing seems to have hit this area so hard that we are simply STILL seeing the effects of rebuilding. The struggle is real.

If I could give zero I would. We are not from here just visiting family stopped by for some breakfast before leaving, waiting about 20 minutes for our food received sandwiches cold and just meat in them not even egg. Didn’t get our drinks had to go inside and ask and then our coffee taste like plain milk. Don’t go to this McDonald it’s horrible in all aspects.

Credit card machines are down cash only? Sure is convenient that the credit card machines are only down during 4:30 to 5:30 a.m. when the breakfast rush starts. We live in a mining town and quite a few people stop to get their breakfast on the way to work between 4:30 and 5:30. But on a good note, I’m sure there am drive thru times are great now.

This McDonald’s is actually one of the good ones.. for the most part every time I’ve been there my order has been correct and delivered to me quickly. I can’t say this about every McDonald’s, but this one is managed well.

As we pulled up, there was maybe three cars in front of us, we waited for 10 minutes before somebody said something on the speaker to order our food in the drive-through. It was the most annoying girl in the world that answered on the other end. After painstakingly, explaining the very simple order to her, she had to change things multiple times because she kept messing up, finally when we ordered our drinks she informed us that no fountain drinks are working. There was no warning beforehand so after wasting about 20 minutes, we just left. Will not be coming back!

Repetitively the worst service and wait times I’ve ever experienced in fast food. I always figured it was just because it was busy, but this morning I was the ONLY person there, in line at the drive through or the restaurant, and I still sat and waited for 15 minutes. I want to commend the gentleman taking my order and receiving payment, he was very effective and efficient at the 1st window. The worst experience I had was the 2nd window to receive the order and she was not friendly or helpful. I had to ask several times for ketchup which I received, and then I stated can I get get creamer and Splenda or sweet n low for the coffee and she said its made how you ordered it. I told her I am placing an order for friends and I will need it on the side because I don’t know how they like their coffee. She said we don’t have any and I’m not going to scoop it out of our machine. She was very dismissive and as a person visiting from out of town I will post a review about the experience. She was more worried about the drive thru screens instead of the customer experience that was a mere 10 secs if she was attentive to customer requests. Spending $40 at an establishment is worth a little bit of attention. You lose customers when you’re not nice! I hope McDonalds can correct this practice in the future because I have always had good experiences until today.
