I used to order from this pizza place 3 to 4 times a week. Later I realized that the pizzas were being sent with missing toppings, so I started ordering only once a month. This was my last order and I will never order again. Even though the pizza I ordered had chicken, beef, steak, and pineapple, the pizza they sent only had pineapple. They are clearly leaving out the toppings on purpose. I am paying extra money and this is the pizza I receive. I have started the refund process. If you don’t want to regret it, stay away from this business. This is theft. They charge you for steak, beef, chicken, and pineapple, but they send you a pizza with only pineapple.

I ordered 2 pizzas from this restaurant. The pizza was so disgusting , and soggy and smelled terrible. I ask for refund the manager full of bs it’s not even funny. Then I asked for his name he said his name was last name Johnson. I’m like dude you’re full of bs. When will I get my money back for this idk possibly 3-5 days. I’m like wow whatever. I couldn’t believe my ears because I heard them in background giggling. Then had the nerve to call me back a hour later an say out their mouth like our manager said we need come back a pick up the old pizza. I’m like that’s fine I was going to throw it away. I was still in bitter shock they said they was coming back to pick up. It took them 3 hours to come pick up these pizzas up. This unbelievable how this place is. Thanks for messing up my food.

I ordered a pizza, chicken wings and a cinnamon pull apart for me and my son(12). As soon as he done eating his slices of pizza, which he said was good. He wanted he’s dessert, so I open the cinnamon things and one is missing. I then called the manager and told him my frustrations this dude told me to stop cussing at him, I asked him if he had children and he said no, so I understood why he didn’t understand my frustrations. He informed me somebody would bring me a new cinnamon pull apart in about 15 minutes. It been an hour since then. This was my last time spending money with these guys

The Papa John’s in Southside Pittsburgh was amazing! The food was made quickly and service was exceptional. I mentioned in the delivery instruction to look for the UHaul truck (since we were moving) and the delivery driver brought extra plates and napkins based on that detail! It was so thoughtful and on top of that the pizza was amazing!

Horrible staff with horrible customer service. Messes up a delivery order twice, leaving 2 different people’s orders. Tries to say the second one was right when it wasn’t. Then pushes back when requesting a refund. If you HAVE to order Papa John’s, order from a different location.

Worst experience – placed order and delivery person went to wrong address. Tried to deliver COLD pizza (over an hour wait)- told me they would deliver new pizza – another hour went by. I called to find status only to tell me they would not deliver. Not English proficient ! BUYER BEWARE!

Just DoorDashed 2 pizzas and 2 marinara sauces from here. Order was delivered and it was only one pizza. Reported the problem to DoorDash and got the other pizza delivered 45 minutes later (great dinner for me and my crew after working all day outside), WITHOUT the marinara sauce they charged $1 each for. Ripoff. Do not order from here.
