Awesome place. Food here was delicious. It can be overwhelming because there just so much food to choose from. I recommend getting the premium tier A5 Wagyu AYCE to make it the ultimate experience. Our waiter, Nam was exceptional. He was on point when attending to our needs and made sure to clear up our empty dishes and trash quickly. He was very courteous and did a great job of explaining everything to us. Highly recommend this place

Wagyu factory was a nice experience especially for a holiday (Xmas eve) last minute dinner idea. We did have a wait at of about 20 minutes and we were the first on the in person waitlist. I recommend yelp reservation if you want to be seated when you arrive! The wait was worth it with, knowledgeable staff (Gym Tim was our server) was well versed with the menu and beyond accommodating when we needed him and not hovering when we did not! The protein cut options were great as there was a variety of textures and tenderness! It was self serve which was convenient for someone like me that eats 15-20 trays by myself. Broth was flavorful. Layout had a good flow to it so you weren’t running into others or walking around long wait lines. The milk tea was not available but we were told it would be in the new year! Ice cream was a nice treat for the kids I enjoyed the strawberry and tiramisu bites out of the dessert cabinet! Overall great time and great food!

Second time here. Our waiter was Hatchford, aka Hatch. Great energy and excellent service to say the least. Everyone here is awesome. You can tell they treat their employees well cuz everyone seems to be vibing positively and work well together. Top tier shabu, if you try this, it’ll be hard to eat at other shabu spots.

Honestly, today was a rough day for me so I wasn’t even sure what I was going to eat but I happened to see Wagyu Factory and decided to try it out.
The food was pretty good (I don’t know if we would get the premium option again because I don’t know if we ate enough to make it worth).
But the main happy point was having Hatch as our server!
He’s so funny and sweet and brought the mood up so I felt a lot better.

Her attentive service and warm demeanor made our dining experience truly enjoyable, echoing the positive sentiments in other reviews about the staff’s professionalism. Before you go, it’s helpful to know that meal duration is limited to 90 minutes and there’s an additional 20% charge for wasted food. I recall our server informing us there were two AYCE options to choose from. The premium option sounded cost prohibitive, so we opted for the lower tier which turned out to be more than enough. There were only two pots at our table which means if you have a party of 4 or more, be prepared to share a pot.
Start your meal by selecting a soup base and visiting the beverage station. Next, head to the sauce bar and prepare your preferred mix of dipping sauces and ingredients. Choose from a wide selection of appetizers, hot foods, and cold foods. Select your meats & veggies, cook and enjoy! Close out your meal with desserts like cakes and ice cream. The most memorable parts of my dining experience included the Sizzling Wagyu Steak with Onion Sauce (Sizzling Miso Salmon is also an option) I ordered directly from the server and the Lu Rou Fan which can be found at the rice station. You need to try this all-you-can-eat wagyu shabu restaurant. Locals have been raving about the freshness and selection of shabu ingredients from the gorgeous self-serve area. And the wagyu meat deserves high praise for its quality, and cleanliness and overall aesthetics being a help-yourself establishment.
Not to mention, anything else you grab from the self-serve bar is solid, like dim sum, Taiwanese braised pork over rice, sushi, wagyu sliders, and they even have custard and savory egg tarts.

Visited Wagyu Factory for dinner and had a great overall experience. The wagyu beef was fresh with a good selection of cuts like shoulder clod and outside flat — each offering distinct textures and flavor profiles.
The sauce bar was clean, well-labeled, and included helpful pairing recommendations. It was one of the most thoughtfully arranged setups I’ve seen in a hotpot restaurant.
We also tried the grilled skewer section, which added variety beyond the hotpot. Items were kept hot and refilled regularly.
Our server Justin was friendly, efficient, and attentive throughout the meal. He made sure our soup base was refilled promptly and checked in at the right moments without being intrusive.
The restaurant has a modern and relaxed atmosphere. Would definitely return for another round.
