The management of this restaurant is absolutely sensitive to the customer experience, and service was attentive and fast, even when they were quite busy.
The meatball sandwich I had for lunch last week was fantastic and made me want to bring my wife here for dinner. The chicken parm. dinner I had this evening was excellent as was my wife’s Italian sub.
This restaurant seems committed to providing delicious quality food, good value, and a superior customer experience. I assure you they are succeeding in this regard. This restaurant wants to be your regular spot, and it is now one of mine. My only regret is that I’ve lived near this place for 5 years and only discovered it last week!
So I ordered 3 LG pizzas and 2 sandwiches to go to help get us through the ice storm coming tonight. The steak sandwich was awesome. The sausage sandwich was boring and the 3 LG pizzas were badly burnt on the bottom. They also messed up the order. We ordered 2 cheese and 1 pep and got 2 pep and 1 cheese..
I’m just hoping we don’t lose power for days because we planned on feasting off cold pizza. We’ll be eating dry cereal, buttered bread, and crackers instead. That sucks
I managed a restaurant for 10 yrs so I’m very empathetic . It sucks in so many ways but it can be rewarding too. There’s no way the cook didn’t know these pizzas were burnt yet they boxed em up anyway. You should have remade them. I would have happily waited. Now I’m out over $70 bucks and might be without power for days. This really sucks.
In a final note, the employees never seem happy.. I used to find it endearing because that’s how pizza shops in NYC and PA are like but not so much anymore. I wont be back.
I guess it’s back to Brooklyn Joe’s until we find a better place..which is unlikely in GA.
The staff was very friendly and I had a great conversation with them while I was waiting for my food.
The wings were crispy and both sauces I tried had a great flavor.
The pizza was extremely tasty as well.
Also got the spaghetti and meatballs. Came with a salad. Also came with garlic bread. I think it was good.
Lunch specials are plentiful and well priced. 2 slices, salad, and drink $10.
Food was delicious. Service was awesome! Thank you to my server Alexa!
