We loved it! The food was incredible – I could smell how good it would be as soon as we walked in. I had the tofu tacos, and my husband had the wing-o tacos. The sauce and flavors were so delicious! The decor was so cool and fun, and there was so much to look at! Our server, Meadow, was so welcoming, friendly, and gave great recommendations! The manager Genevieve was also so friendly and kind to us when we asked to share our positive experience. We will absolutely be back!

I’ve tried many Mexican restaurants, even lived in New Mexico. One of the best Mexican restaurants in the USA is El Pinto in Albuquerque NM. Ask President Obama and many celebrities!! I must admit the food compares to El Pinto. Everything is perfect and on-point here!! Strongly recommend this restaurant. You won’t be disappointed. I absolutely love that they are gluten-free friendly and also dairy free friendly as well!

I went to this place with a buddy and it was great. The artwork and design was consistent with a “day of the dead” type theme. It was a little dark in reference to the lighting but if you’re into a more private type of dining room then it would be right up your alley. I had the Super Mad Mex burrito which was huge! My only complaint was that it was close to impossible to eat with like a normal burrito (I really tried) and it was so soggy on the underside that when it gave way (about two bites into it) I gave up and just ate it like a burrito bowl. I’m also not a fan of soggy tortillas so I’ll also add for the price (about 50$ for
two) I feel there are other options to get more bang for your buck in Erie. The waitress was very good she came around only 3 times but each time was exactly when we needed her (very deserving of her tip). Overall, I’m glad we visited this spot!

This was my friends and my first time coming to this restaurant. I am an avid mexican food eater and am very particular about mexican places. I want authentic food and this place is surprisingly close to authentic even though it’s a chain. I loved this restaurant and want to come back! I got birria tacos and my friend got a burrito. I also got a margarita and everything was DELICIOUS!! Our server was awesome as well.

EVERYTHING ABOUT ATMOSPHERE, And Location 100% but Unfortunately if ur a Restaurant Taste matters. I got Fajitas and if u know me it’s my favorite Dish. Well, I’m not trying to be mean but it’s the worst I had in years. The Green Chile was probably the issue but once scrape off , no flavor what so ever on food. No chips or dip and salsa, I guess the north don’t do that but 14 bucks for some dip ain’t going to happen. If u like Green Chile u might like them but I expect flavor in meat etc if u don’t. Service seem slow especially when no on was there. ♂️ This 1 has potential.

I love Mad Mex. The decor and vibe is unique. They have great selection of beer and cocktails which they switch up on a regular basis. There are always some different seasonal dishes offered on the menu. Their wings are awesome as well. The best wings, in my opinion, are the San Francisco style —sweet, spicy with a hint of garlic.
